Lighthouse Insurance

Pat is a great person and tries his best. Sometimes we all have to pause and remember that we are human too.

Pat's wife answers the phone and cannot answer any questions or help in anyway. I've been with them 3 years and no more! Very poor customer service and neither of them have the ability of basic communication.

Left all my information for car, home and umbrella insurance through progressive. 1 week later no call back. I called and Pat personally promised to call back. Again no return calls. He was also not aware progressive now carries business insurance.

I felt right at home and felt like they really listened to my needs.
