Lighting towing towe truck drivers are thieves! They towed my car after UT had been totaled a d when I went to get my stuff out of it they had stolen several things out of it. I called another towing company who said they would do it for less money...... but I'd be on the side of the interstate for 45 mins. My car was not drivable and was in bad shape. I called lightning towing and he was there in 15 mins. He was very understanding. I haven't been in sioux falls long and couldn't explain where I was at. He deff found me. Cheaper company's aren't always better. Great customer service is deff work the extra dollar.

I don’t think this business cares about others except money. Last time my truck broke down on the road in the middle of the night. I’ve never been experience with tow truck before. My house was closer and I thought it’s a good idea to bring my truck over to my house, but it’s not. They charged me 129 bucks to get it over there. It seems that they’re trying to take advantage of me because they think I’m clueless. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to this business. They don’t care about our problems and help, they only focus on money and trying take an advantage on others.

We had a car with two flat tires our road assistance company sent Lightening Towing due to a low bumper and steep drive way it was a challenge to load on the truck. The guy was so professional, pleasant, careful and really thought through the situation. I was very impressed! I will definitely call them in the future if I happen to need towing service.
