I started this business in 1983; had a shop downtown for 3 years, then we moved into our current location in 1986.Up until March of 2018, along with being a full line mechanical shop, we also did collision work. Now, we still do complete mechanical repair, alignments, frame repair, vehicle undercoating, headlight restoration, and we can also do minor body work, as long as there is no painting involved.We have built our reputation on quality work, honest prices and complete customer satisfaction. my car was making a few sounds and i thought i might need new axles so i bought remanufactured OEM cv axles which they said would be ok and they'd do it for $217. great price however . IMMEDIATELY upon picking up my car i realize its undrivable unsafe for my family . when i asked them how much to undo the work he did they said $217. they are very nice but it sucks i paid just under 300 to make my car go from a small click sound to being unsafe to drive,.  Update..I'll take blame because I chose to take my car here. I could have taken my car to people who would have charged me a higher price but had better business values.

I was very impressed by this location. They were able to get me in last minute and were reasonable with their prices. While getting work done on your car is no fun, the staff here made it a good experience. I was recommended to this place by a coworker, and I was impressed that the staff knew him by name. I was also impressed with how they were both friendly and professional. They were also flexible with my schedule in picking up my car, which I really appreciated. If you need a good place for oil changes and mechanical repairs they are wonderful. Have known Rick and Michelle for several years now.

Great body shop.  I've used them three times, and I won't go anywhere else.  They were on the approved list of both insurance companies involved, so I didn't even have to deal with adjusters.  Lil Rick's handled everything, from the estimate to the approval to the finish.  All I had to do was drop the car off and pick it up.  In fact, they once arranged for my rental car to be brought to their shop; it was there waiting for me when I dropped mine off.  Most importantly, their work is top-notch.  They take what is normally an unpleasant experience and make it easy.

*Edited Review post company response to add photos and serviceman's name corrected*  Bryan was amazing! They did a same-day diagnostic on my vehicle and didn't laugh at the ignorance of it all when the problem wasn't mechanical but originated from Code "dubious operator error" LOL. The charge for the diagnostic was minimal and he even checked my battery and charged it up for me because I had drained it from trying to start it prior. Mike walked me through making sure my ignition is fully in the off position before I panicked because it is a factory security feature for theft prevention and haven't had any issue with my car since.

Looks like a great shop everyone seems to love the work they get done! My name is Jared, I'm looking to get a big dent fixed on my 2006 Ford Mustang gt and I'm kinda low on budget but would like to talk about what could be done. I get a lot of recommendations to go to your shop!

Rick had the worst attitude I have every encountered!  Was condescending the entire time.  Walked out of his office and immediately knew what my problem was without even bothering to ask!  I'm sorry, I was not aware that you were in the vehicle with me the day my truck hit someones lost trailer ramp!  I proceeded to show where the impact was and what happened, the jerk criticized my grill guard even though that guard saved my truck from being totaled!!  Then argued with me over what happened after his inspection!  I was already disgusted with his tone and attitude, he actually said he couldn't help me even though I was using my insurance and filing a claim and THEY are the ones who sent to over to him! I had my insurance adjuster come out to look at the damage and he could clearly see the impact and the resulting damage.  Told him about Little Rick and his big attitude problem, he promised state farm will no longer refer customers to him, the adjuster could not understand why Rick couldn't clearly see the marks left on my grill guard from the impact and the resulting damage to the front of my truck!  If you like customer service from a sexist, condescending, know-it-all, then this is your place!
