I found Nilam through the recommendation of the skin care brand I use, Face Reality. With that, I knew coming to her I would be taken care of. Nilam took her time to assess my skin. I was long over due for extraction, facial, and peel since COVID started, it's been A LONG TIME! I didn't feel rushed at all. I had a facial done before Nilam finished off with a PCA peel. When I first went to Nilam I was very insecure about my hyperpigmentation, I expressed that to her and she was very understanding and sweet. Not once did she make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Every time I have a session with Nilam I get a little more confident with my skin. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what my skin needs every time i see her, and changes the treatment depending on how my skin is doing. I was always skeptical about seeing an esthetician because I have heard horror stories of black girls getting their skin ruined. I never have to worry about that with Nilam because she knows how to treat darker skin and I trust her 100%. Every time I have a session with her it’s always peaceful and relaxing, and she does everything in her power to make me as comfortable as possible. I can tell she genuinely cares about my skins health, it’s as if my skin is her skin and she treats it as such. I went for a pumpkin enzyme facial. It was amazing. Such personal touch was put into my treatment plan. I can't wait till my next visit Hello again, just went for my second visit with Nilam. Received a Dermaplanting and loved it. You have to check this facility out. You will love it.
