Communication is very spotty. They also promise to fund the loan in a week. Once your application goes to underwriting they never get back to you and will not return communication. Look at reviews on Bigger Pockets. Most say the same thing. I wish I’d read those before applying.

Don't waste your time. They are unreliable. Applied for a loan, they pulled my credit, I sent them what they asked for, and I never heard back. I have had several HML before and am a licensed builder and agent. Fortunately I had another financing source or I would have lost deal and deposit.
