Lin Hollywood Nail & Spa 2

I LOVE this nail salon so far. I went there this past thursday and asked for Lucy due to the reviews of how great she is. They DID NOT tell a lie. She was so nice, her energy was great and my nails are so beautiful. I will definitely be back. Laurie

First and foremost it is unfortunate that I have to leave this review here but this cannot go undone. I came here to do my nails. Within a week my nails began to lift from the cuticle and was causing me pain. I came in on a Sunday to soak them off and ny experience for just a soak off was UNBELIEVABLE. I stated that I will ONLY NEED a soak off an and nothing more. I was rushed to a seat a lady begin filing. The gentleman in the back was so worries about making money that customer service went out the window. He kept trying to convince me to get a manicure and all these other things and in the midst if such he was distracting the tech th was doing my until she CUT MY RING FINGER REALLY BAD. I began bleeding and I immediately ran over to the sink to wash my hands. The gentleman does not let me live. He pulls me to the front seat saying he can fix it he tried to use no gloves and did not wash his hands but is trying to apply neosporin on my cut. At this point, I’m not in the mood to soak nails because my finger is pained and im now having trust issues. I get up from the seat to walk out and the gentleman is holding my hands so that I cannot stand up from seat pleading that he will do my nails after I clearly decided I no longer wanted to be serviced. To make matters worse I had 3 fingers with fungus I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE IN ALL MY YEARS OF DOING MY NAILS Seen such a sight in my nails so tells you about how sanitary they are as well. And with that kind of pressure service I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. Mind you this happen in like a 5 minute time span.

Love love love this place, they are very accommodating and professional. They take on the challenge of the different designs i want without complaints. Will keep coming back hereServices: Pedicure

If you come here, definitely request for Lucy. She knows how to do nail designs and if you have a photo, she can replicate the designs you want extremely well. The other nail techs can do basic/regular nails, but if you want intricate work, make sure to ask for Lucy. She was able to do my nails quick and with precision. Great nail tech!

So I came to this salon exactly a week ago for a gel full set & gel pedicure. I Also got my daughter’a nails and feet painted as well. I was seen by everyone’s favorite tech “Lucy” and i am not satisfied at all!! She completely butchered my right hand, Im already missing 2 nails and my pinky nail is completely cracked all the way across. I have a full set of nails on my left hand but my index nail is lifting. Here just a few pictures of how our nails look just a week later . Not sure if race played a factor on why we were serviced like this but we will NOT be back ! I spent too much money for our nails to be in the condition they’re in !Services: Gel manicures

First time using this place! Kiki was the sweetest tech she was very precise and careful with my toes, also very pleasant to converse with. Cool hairstyle too Had a French pedicure and she listened to what I wanted and asked me if I was ok with it. She is new but she is good ! Def coming back again to do my nails with her Service: Pedicure

This place is amazing, they did such a good job, and they're so acomidating, you should request for Lucy if you go, she's so sweet, and she has real talent, in all my life I've never gotten a manicure so good, plus she said if my nail gets ruined I should come back and she'll fix it for free!!!
