Story

Hi! I’m Lin Pernille Kristensen, the owner and lead photographer of Lin Pernille Photography. I’m based in Jersey City, right at the cusp of NYC and North Jersey, but I will travel just about anywhere for a wedding!

I fell in love with wedding photography when I shot my first wedding at 18 years old. When I was 20 years old, during my junior year in college, I knew that I had found my passion and decided to incorporate my photography business.

Since then, I have been lucky enough to capture countless weddings & events of a wide variety of cultures, sizes, and styles.

There’s no greater honor than to be able to photograph a couple’s happiest day, and for that reason I take my job very seriously. I will always strive to capture the mood, style, and all the important moments to the best of my abilities, while being attentive yet unobtrusive, and making the couple feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole day.
