Lindsey Culver and my wife met through work as they're on the same Leadership team and have developed a great friendship. Even before we decided to use her as our agent she had been answering all of my wife's questions about real estate as we were going to be first time home buyers and were VERY nervous about the housing market and rising interest rates. The process was so smooth with her and her team mate Porshe Turner. They adapted to our communication style of texting versus email of course emailing all the important documents is a must. I never once felt rushed or unheard. One of my wife and my favorite memories is when we went to go look at a house and just seeing Lindsey crawling on the floor and inspecting everything as we went through the house made me realize we went with the right realtor. Our inspector was amazing and truly went through every inch of the home and then gave us a really detailed report afterwards. I'm sure I can go on and on about how amazing she is and that you should use her but I know there are caps on these so I'll leave it at this. If you want someone who will literally go above and beyond, not make you feel worthless, always looks at the glass half full, patient, and genuine you'll WANT to use Lindsey!
