Jim was so helpful! I locked myself out this afternoon and figured my whole evening would be shot. Jim arrive very quickly, was able to quickly unlock my door, and the price was exactly what he had said it would be over the phone. When he realized that my inside knob had damage because it was old, not because of anything he did he replaced it for me before leaving. All in all, the process probably took ~30 minute from the minute I called him. I would highly recommend!
Jim did a great job rekeying locks for my rental home. Great communication, quality work and a stand up guy. Was very thorough and a pleasure to work with, will definitely be calling him back for any future lock related work/rekeys. Have confidence in calling Jim to take care of your locksmith needs. We came home after a long weekend to find out that the main door of our rental apt was wide open! The dead bolt appeared to be working but was totally broken. We called Linehan and Jim came in 15 minutes. He found the problem and replaced the lock right away. He was super nice and very professional. Great service and we'll be sleeping a lot better tonight!!
Jim was just awesome! Answered in 2 rings at 7pm on a Thursday and got here in 15 minutes. Took him about 10 mins and as promised, no damage to my door or lock! Great service and high recommend!

Fast and reliable service. Jim knows his stuff and stands by his work. I've used other locksmith companies before and had to call Jim to fix what they couldn't. You can trust this guy to get it done right!
Told me it would be 75 over the phone, changed the price to 125 when he came to my House. Apparently he said it was a difficult lock. Mind you its a simple lock i installed myself from home depot. It took him less than a minute to open the door, not exaggerating. He was very rude and aggressive and demanded I pay him $100, he locked back the door until i got the money out. Would not recommend him, made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.
