I am so incredibly happy with not only the product but the service at Liori! My friend had received her engagement ring from Liori and it is so stunning! When my husband and I decided to upgrade my center stone of my engagement ring I emailed Liori Diamonds and received a very prompt email back with a phone number to call to go over what I was looking to do. I live in another state so I had to ship my ring to the store. I received a phone call when they received my ring and was kept in communication the entire time my ring was with them. I just got my ring back and it is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It is so much more than I had ever hoped and is so perfect and beautiful!! My husband upgraded my ring at Christmas time with one from Liori. Unfortunately I noticed one day that a side diamond and a small prong diamond had fallen out. I was able to contact Liori, get the ring shipped and fixed ON SAME DAY AS THEY RECEIVED IT! Set to have it back in two days and I cannot rave enough about the customer service! Wonderful people and I can’t wait to have my beautiful ring back!

The presentation sent to us was incredible, it allowed me to select one of five rings. This is the only diamond store I will work with now and in the future.
