Ordering in urban space is usually fine. I’ve been pleased so I ordered through seamless despite the bad reviews. Somehow, and I don’t understand because my building is down the block, my smoothie arrived warm and late. I’m really disappointed and will never be ordering delivery from them again. Unfortunately I couldn’t leave to just pick up my order but if you offer delivery you should at least try to be good at it. Spend $13 on a smoothie delivery it shouldn’t arrive warm and inedible...
I am not sure what is wrong with this location. I placed an order through Seamless and the food never arrived despite it saying it was "Delivered." I never received a call or any message that the food had arrived. After reaching out to Seamless customer support, they tried to call this place several times and could not get anyone to pick up. After checking some of the other reviews on Seamless, it appears that this is not uncommon – people never seem to get their orders from here. Absolutely unprofessional.
Placed an online order and they cancelled it without any reason, placed an order again and it was cancelled again even though they were open for another 2-3 hours, no one was reachable at the phone number, I placed an order again and I was given a smoothie with regular milk instead of almond milk which upset my stomach and I had to go to the doctor. Really terrible! Never going back to Liquiteria again, I'll go to Juice Press and Juice Generation from now on.
Great smoothies, poor customer service. Ordered a smoothie, cashier put in the wrong one, I corrected her, she blurted with an attitude, "I asked you if you said Green Monster and you said yea." Didn't give her a tip and got dirty looks from both her and one of the coworkers, shaking his head "Oh okay". Not cool, earn your tip.
Had multiple mealpals with them, I generally liked their smoothies. Today I claimed mealpal for 1:00 pm and reached 2:10 pm due to conflict meetings. I then, see the two employees were chatting. As I asked for mealpal, I was told by employee that they stop serving mealpal at this late time. Although rarely happens in other mealpal participants, I admitted I was late and accept they won’t serve late arrival. Therefore, I plan to go head and place a new order on my own. however the 2 employees kept chatting and I feel ignored by them somehow. It does not seem to me that the employees are here at 2:10 p.m. in working status. From previous experience, employees also lack certain knowledge about products as I asked for the calorie contained in the drink, she pointed me to the menu which does not have such info as well.
Waste! My ’hangover cure’ smoothie tasted like ice water blended with bits of almonds for texture. It had no flavor and it was not filling at all, it did nothing. This was just a small amount of freezer burnt peach and water, But again no flavor not even peach. The staff was unhelpful. Fully disappointed I spent 9.25 on tasteless non filling blended ice.
Good: The juice was tasty and refreshing after walking part of summer streets. Bad: The girl at the register was remarking to another person behind the counter on how overpriced she thought the juice is compared to $1.50 aloe juice you can get at grocery stores. That was awkward.
I ordered online about 30 minutes before close and as soon as they saw my online order they shut down the online ordering and turned down my order. So I payed them a visit and made it to the place 25 minutes before they closed. I see an "employee" on her phone doing nothing just instagraming, and couldn't get my order bc "everything was clean" she said. Also, "they have to clock out at 9:30 so they couldn't do it" Nice bussiness, this is a joke. Never again
I have been a customer of Liquiteria for years. I love their products. Today was a horrible experience and needs to be remedied. I placed my delivery order at 10:12am through the website. I received emails with the confirmation and the delivery time. The delivery time was scheduled for 10:44am. After waiting 15 minutes for the delivery to show up, I called the location. No answer. I called 3 more time, to no avail.I also tried calling the other locations. NO ONE ANSWERED! Multiple locations with phones, and no answer. I also tried reaching out on Facebook via Messenger, with no response. My order FINALLY arrive 1 HOUR after the delivery time. On top of this, the order was wrong. Since no one answered the phone, I have no way of getting this fixed, and a new one sent to me. This was a truly awful customer experience. What a real shame.
Currently dealing with food poisoning and the lady was incredibly rude. I'm glad I didn't buy more things. She gave us a bad look at the end and I had a bad feeling but I saw the A grade and it reassured me. I should've thought twice before eating there.
