Great location right where everything is! Cool older building, inside has a cool south western theme going on. Food was pretty expensive but based on location it’s to par with others in the area. Taste of the food however was decent, but all of it was cold upon arrival. Was a busy day, so might be due to that… would give it a try again.
Great location on edge of old town. Service was quick and friendly. Food, including chips and salsa, and margarita were average. I am from AZ and am used to house made chips and hotter Mexican food. Salsa was average and bland and disappointed they did not have any hotter hot sauce/salsa available. I do love the New Mexican tradition of sopas/honey with your meal.
Lower than average food. I am a tourist and the locals recommended it. I tried the enchiladas because the locals recommended it. The food is tolerable and not disgusting but even if I lived in Albuquerque I wouldn't return to this restaurant. I probably got unlucky and tried the worst enchiladas they served all month. The service was great though. They were professional and the wait for the food was short. Sadly, even with professional staff and short waiting time for the food doesn't make the food any better. Lower than average.
Very busy however servers are friendly and smiles. I can't eat a adult plate. This order was perfect for me. Delicious and tasty. I was told by a local lady to come here as I was walking around. It doesn't come up on Google maps. The locals love this place.
The food was amazing. We didn't have a long we wait. The floor could have used a little sweeping. They seemed a little short staffed but our food came out timely and hot. It's in a great location as well. I will definitely visit again. Our waitress was very nice and attentive
Amazing food, great value. We got the steak tacos and taco salad. Try the salsa and chips!Food: 5/5
Nice people, but not authentic… me and my Mexican wife went here because the reviews were so good. But I am so confused. While the people were nice, the food was horrible. The salsa is straight up “Pace Picante Sauce”. I should have left when the sauce hit the table. I ordered the Chicken Fajitas and my wife had Carne Asada. As someone who’s work in Meat for 22+ years I’m fairly certain the chicken is a precooked frozen chicken breast, that was so rubbery. Indicating pre cooked and frozen. My wife’s carne Asada was gross too. They served it with A1 sauce for example. Beans were cold, chips were pre made and not made fresh. The meat reminded me of a non graded beef or milk cow meat. It was also artificially tenderized or something. I can’t believe this place is surviving and all the reviews are good. I really think that old people from Nebraska must be coming here and raving about the food after three margaritas. This I would avoid if it were me.
What a nice find while walking around old town after the breaking bad tour! The food is authentic, excellent and served very quickly along with some delicious sopapillas! Don’t hesitate!
Nice little restaurant in the Old Town area. The Bean Taquitos and Indian Style Burger were tasty but the spanish rice and whole beans were totally bland and tasteless. It would have been better if they had added a little seasoning to the side dishes.
Was very busy when we went, but staff was nice and got us in as quickly as they could. Food was fresh and hot, service good.
