just last night we got a ready to go pizza and in the cheese had maggots clumped up together . Most importantly the manger who works there is unprofessional , disrespectful and has costumers wait even while the pizzas is done . This little Caesars store been problems after problems , with rat infestations and roaches , to workers who can’t even deal with their manager nor the infestations . It Just tells me how dirty can she leave the store and how disgusting it can be knowing someone like that is in control .
Ordered online they gave me a time yet my pizza is not ready wow it was suppose to be ready 10 minutes ago
Just went for a quick lunch break cashier wasnt friendly a guy. I got a pizza it looked not fresh. I asked for ready wings n he said 30 min wait nevermind i adked him if i could purchase the sause fr wings he said no im bot allowed.. They did it form me b4 i wasnt happy compared to other times i went in evening
If this is the one on Rio Bravo I liked the efficiency of the staff. If it's the one on Gibson and Yale, I give it a minus 0! Placed an order, paid with my credit card, went to pick up and they were closed!!! In the middle of the day and no indication on the website saying they were closed!! Had to argue with corporate to get my money refunded!!!!
Staff was polite, and did their best to fulfill great customer service. Cashier heard my other wrong, so I sat much longer than expected so staff could re make my order. I waited patiently despite I was totally exhausted from a very long work day for me. What bothered me more than anything else was staff WAS NOT wearing gloves to prepare food.. My overall impression was that their were young age working teen's and 20's , I love that young are willing to work, but I believe that they do need additional training on food service.
I called to get 3 pepperoni pizzas and 3 wings. I couldn't check out online due to system issue. It said to call the store so I did. The lady who answered was rude and didn't want to take my order. She said I was doing it wrong online and that she can't take online orders. So that being said I went to pizza hut and got exactly what we wanted without and issues and it was cheaper. We live just 3 blocks away. You guys have lost your customer of a house of 7 people!
I showed up to pick up an order 10 minutes after the window of it being ready. They apparently throw out orders after that time limit, which I think is an odd policy. Regardless of weird rules, the employees here were super helpful and found the order, warmed it up in like 10 minutes, and printed my receipt when I requested it. Really appreciate their cooperation.
Super fast pizza service as long as you're not custom ordering. Fast inexpensive meal for the family on nights I'm not in the mood to cook. The hot and ready pizzas are the way to go. If you want a custom ordered, call in advance! Staff is friendly and there's often a line, but it moves fairly quickly.
After a couple of years away I decided to give this place a chance again. They’ve greatly improved. It’s also really easy to order online and then simply enter your code to pick up your pizza. You also get a free two liter coke if you order online. Glad they’re better.
I do the online ordering and most of the time, it's great and everything is right. The last time there was an incorrect item and when I told them, now normally I would have shrugged about the incorrect order and just taken it but it was the pizza for my very picky nephews that were spending the night. The employees gave me so much attitude, and then tried to give me another incorrect pizza twice and convince me it was what I ordered. I finally told them I want the pizza I ordered and paid for, and they finally relented and baked the correct pizza, rolling their eyes and sighing the whole time
