Little Caesars

I picked up my order last night that I ordered ahead through the Little Ceasar's app. I ordered 1- 3 meat treat and 1- ExtraMostBestest Cheese. The 3 meat treat barely had any meat and the ExtraMostBestest Cheese had nothing but dough and tomato sauce. These were the worst pizzas ever. Also, the pizza's were cold and even my 4 year old son came up to me and let me know that the crust was hard so we didn't even end up finishing the cheese pizza. I've tried numerous times to contact the store directly to speak to a manager to rectify the issue, but no one ever answers the phone. What poor customer service, horrible product, and a disservice to one of your loyal customers. I reached out to another location and spoke to a gentleman and sent him a picture of the cheese pizza. I asked what his thoughts were and he said the product didn't look to be prepped right. He stated that he would run it by his district manager. I told him to have her contact me, but have yet to hear anything. I called the same location today and left my phone number with the girl who answered the phone to have the district manager call me. I feel bad not eating the rest of the food, but it was just gross. My family and I used to go often and always had a good experience. I highly doubt we will be returning. And y'all claim to be an Official Pizza Sponsor of the NFL, what a disgrace. I would leave no stars but have to at least leave one to post this review... SMH

Went in to order and waited 10 minutes. No one around. I saw a girl on her phone and her feet up behind the warmers. I asked a man waiting if he ordered. He said he had been waiting for an hour for his order. I peeked around the corner and saw an employee messing around. They saw me and sent a worker to the front counter. I had walked out but decided to get my pizza since I was there. The worker told me they only had 3 more pizzas for the night. It was 8:30 pm and the store closes at 10:00! They need an adult manager on site at all times. This was my 2nd visit with exact same service. Most likely will NOT go back.

No idea how this location is still open. Trash service trash product. Pizza full of air bubbles and dry. Got a refund never coming here again I just don’t want to have to deal with all the issues they always have. The manager Mister said all of the pizzas will have bubbles like that right now. I’m good.

I have to give props to the two guys who were working the store alone on my visit. They were severely understaffed during an insanely busy dinner rush, and somehow they kept the kitchen running. With a little larger crew, this place could be pretty good. As it is, even ordering my food several hours in advance wasn't enough. I ended up waiting another 45 minutes in the lobby.

Third strike and you're out. Have ordered from them for almost 10 years and the last few experiences have been abysmal. First one my order got canceled after an hour with no reason given. Second time they lost my order and I had to wait 90 minutes passed "ready" time for them to scramble trying to make it. This time the order was placed for Halloween and the only time options were "asap". It said it would be ready around 1pm but the order tracking never updated past "in the oven". So by 3 I went over to find out what was going on. Place was dead, had one person working and I was told they threw my order out because I "took too long". How can someone take too long when the order tracking doesn't even say it was ready. Order was canceled and it STILL says "in the oven." This place has become a complete joke and I won't be ordering from there again. Be careful you guys!

They always take forever. Just a bunch of teenagers that don’t care about their jobs. Everytime I come I have to wait at least 15 minutes for an order. Dominoes is faster than this. One time I came and they hadn’t even opened yet and no one was at the store even though the hours of operation has already started. Usually I wait about 20 minutes for hot and ready pizza that’s not even ready

Genuinely the worst fast food joint I've ever been to, and has been for at least 4 years now. Online orders are always missed, frequently out of common items, staff doesn't seem to care. Little Caesars should consider paying their employees enough to care about their jobs. Bad ownership.

Never have any pizza ready for sale. 1 person staff that should be at least 5 or just close your store. Do not go here waste of time. Only if you order before pick up.Food: 4/5

Worst Little Ceasars ever! Ordered online, pizza to be Ready at 4:25p-4:30p. Did not receive email pizza Ready. I went at 4:40p waiting in line for 10 minutes. Asked for my deep dish pizza, Samaiya S. employee stated they gave my pizza away and I would have to wait 15 more minutes over an hour from originally placed requested refund. Now I have to wait 3 days for refund. Not the first time problems with this Little Ceasars! I ordered pizza online and 30 minutes later received email canceled for no reason. Also multiple times received poor quality pizza with grainy old pizza sauce and nasty mushy cheese. Really sucks cause I love Little Ceasars but these kids working there don't give a flying F@#k! The only good employee there is a guy named Mister! They should hire more like him!

Worst customer service ever! First time I tried placing an order, I get told online only! So I place the order only! That took almost 36mins. We try again at another time I send my 13 year old son in. He comes back saying they need exact change or a debit card. Well I didn’t have my card with me and they refused to sell if I didn’t have exact change. Well off we go, we tried tonight again. Guess what this time Only online orders because “they’re understaffed” mind you I only wanted 4 “hot n ready” which they never even have available LIKE HOW???
