Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered two deep dish pizzas. One pepperoni and one sausage. They were basically two little pizzas. You can tell the deep dish pizzas because they are square and baked in a pan. These obviously were not, and the dough was tough and chewy like it wasn't made right.

I’m a thin crust pizza lover and have always liked Little Caesars; for what you pay, I think it’s good. I hadn’t had them in a long time then I heard they had thin crust, I wanted to try it. Yesterday while at work, I placed an order online for a thin crust with breadsticks to pick for when I got out. I get to the Second St location, told them my name and the nice lady up front said that they had just put it in because they had to do some improvising with the dough because they didn’t have thin crust dough. I was curious but said okay and waited. After a bit I went back inside once it was ready and the manager ? explained to me that they had run out of thin crust dough and they improvised with a normal dough to make it a thin crust. Here’s why this made me happy.. I worked in food service for a long time and in a lot of cases nowadays, if they don’t have it which with pizza dough, I get is easier to do than a lot of places, but stay with me on this one a restaurant will tell you nope done have it, here’s your money back, have a nice day; and sometimes this is after waiting an hour until you realize you have a cancellation email and you thought your food was being prepped that whole time. I’m impressed with this store because they still found a way to work with what they had to make the customer happy. I was impressed and enjoyed my cheesy pepperoni-y thin yet dough-ey pizza at the end of a long day. Thanks guys!

Nothing is 'Hot-N-Ready' at this location. The whole point of going to little ceasars is to get a quick pizza... you walk in and walk out not much waiting time. But at this location you walk in and wait an hour for a single pizza. Walked in after waiting 40 minutes for pizza because online said it was ready then after waiting 10 minutes for an employee to check in with us we were told our single pizza might be out in 5 minutes.

Walked in to a teenage girl with a crabby face that stood there and tilted her head waiting for me to order. Never asked if she could help me etc. The manager/cook whoever in back was yelling at her to drop her attitude. Teenager is fighting with other workers as well. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. Never saw anything like this in my life! She just did the same thing to another The customer is apologizing to her! Place is ridiculous!

I gotta say WELCOME BACK !!! Was so disappointed when you guys closed down…. So extremely happy you’re back though!! Thankfully I don’t eat the staff cause they couldn’t suck more.. Pizza is damn good though when it’s hot!!

loved going here when i was younger and was sad when it closed but now it’s back! lovely people working up front and the pizza was great!

It's too much waiting time for pickup, they should hire more staff to make it quick.

Awful customer service. Argumentative manager. Just like when someone takes something without paying, when you take someone’s money without giving what’s paid for, that’s just as criminal! Theft is theft!

Under new management. Goid inexpensive pizza fast. Nice to have it open again.Food: 5/5

After watching the way they just handled a horrible customer screaming and yelling and calling them names and stuff, in front of his own kid, I have to say, this Little Caesars is amazing.
