Little Caesars Pizza

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered online and my pizza and breadsticks was supposed to be ready by 8:44pm. I was here at 8:40pm and they told me 10 minutes my food would be ready. It is now 9:06pm and my food is still not ready! I finally got my food if that’s what you wanna call it about 40 minutes later. My breadsticks weren’t even edible. Horrible customer service. Very ghetto. Why would you serve someone this? See picture. I will never visit this location again!

This evening I went to the Little Caesars website created a profile and placed an order at the waiting over an hour for my order I received a text message that my order was canceled. My children were devastated! I have an autistic child that was in tears and had an episode. Why? Poor lack of communication with your store and customer. It was my oldest daughter's birthday party before she leaves town. No one at the store answered the phone that kept it ringing excessively. No one to reach by phone or email. Door dash stated that the store cancelled the order. I demand a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience. I plan on posting a review as soon as possible. The lack of communication and support affects us directly. Shame on you for making children cry. I left my information after waiting 20 minutes for someone to come through the phone. Not only do I plan on going to the location but posting the location as well. As the president of a non profit organization and a small business owner. I am thoroughly considering this as a scam and or act of theft. You can take the consumer money with no repercussion and no regards to a family reason to even choose you as an vendor. Shame!

Worst pizzas ever today the dough for the crust was made wrong and ended up taking sour. The sausage also had a bad taste to it. I didn't eat any of the pepperoni as it usually upsets my acid reflux. But my girlfriend also said it didn't taste good

I placed my on their website in the morning for a pickup that night when I got off work. Once I got there she said my order had already gotten picked up by Doordash. I tried explaining I didn’t use Doordash but the store direct app instead. After going back and forth with me about how I ordered the store manager realized she was wrong and instead of apologizing she told me no need for my attitude because at this point I was frustrated. Then proceeded to ban me from coming there in the future because I was frustrated. She’s the reason of my frustration, arguing back and forth with me due to her mistake. I told her several times I didn’t use DoorDash yet she insisted that I did and had chosen the delivery option ‍

Show up to pick up online order. Guys says it'll be 20 mins waiting on stuff crust. Ok fine 20 mins no biggie 20 mins later I ask where my food is and he say it will be another 20 mins before the manager is back and no food is being made til he gets back. Also said he has no access to computer so he can't refund me and the manager will do it when he gets back in now 30 mins til he gets back 30 mins wasted and still no refund almost 2 hours later guess I'm gonna have to go in there tomorrow n fight for a refund smh

NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE.I ordered my stuff crust pepperoni pizza at 6:34 said it would be done at 650 I got there at 6:55 just for them to say we haven’t put your pizza in the oven. An hour later is when I was walking out with my pizza

I ordered online and it gave me a time when it was supposed to be ready went to pick it up had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and then when I got my order the breasticks was not done. There is no one to call to complain So when I got home I stuck the bread sticks in the ovenFood: 1/5

They had no food ready and the store was empty at that. I had to come home and re cook my own pizza it was doughy and unedible. Definitely need new management this location is always having issues.

This location is the absolute worst. Everytime i come they are not taking orders today 6:41 pm the manager literally said they ran out of dough the customer service is trash.

They hardly ever have food ready and every person we have ever had serve us has a terrible attitude. Honestly just find a different one.
