Little Caesars Pizza

I spent $45 for pizzas with ZERO sauce on every pizza…barely any cheese on a cheese pizza…pepperoni pizza is burnt. The supreme pizza I created is absolute trash! There’s no sauce on it. There is 4 pieces of the “supreme” pizza that have nothing on it but sparse cheese. The cheese is a nacho type of cheese instead of the correct mozzarella cheese. I asked for bell peppers and it was only on two slices. It’s like you ran out of toppings and had to scrape up the bottom of the containers to give me the scraps that you had left. The crust is supposed to be a stuffed crazy crust. It’s not. I spent $21 on a pizza that should go in the trash. This is the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. The breadsticks were dry. The sauce for the breadsticks was left out. And the butter garlic sauces that I paid for weren’t given to me. There is a time where a mistake or two is pretty much a given. But this is just total chaos. NOTHING was correct. I want my money back. I called the restaurant and I spent 16 minutes being transferred to people that didn’t answer and then I got disconnected. I mean, even the fact that just trying to CALL to get this worked out was so complicated and difficult blows my mind. I want my money back so hard!! This is the worst order I’ve ever had.

I guess when you pay extra you don't get the bestest. There was almost no sauce on my pizza. Just a bunch of cheese and bread ‍do better man it's not that hard.Food: 1/5

Seems to vary day to day based on who is working. Has nothing to do with volume of orders as I can walk into an empty restaurant when the wrong staff is working and wait 30+ past my estimated pick up time. Other days my order is ready early. The days when they take forever the quality is far worse with undercooked and sloppy pizzas. They also don't use the Pizza Portal pickups here as the food just gets stolen and they won't replace it. They also never issue refunds they promise via email for missing or incorrect food.

This location is so disrespectful to people food. The fact that this location give their customers bad quality food and don’t think twice about it, is a sign of terrible management. This location has been going down the drain for a few years and management is not doing anything about it. You can just look at my photos and tell how much they care about their customers food. I’ll let my photos do the talking. My crust supposed to be pretzel.

Had the worst experience. Order the pizza. They tell me 25 minutes. Walk back inside and tell them my name. They said that my pizza was given to someone else. If i could WAIT another 25 minutes. Come on now. It was crowded. One person making pizzas,another making bread stick, and the other one at the register. Either they need to be more organized or hire more personnel. Ask for a refund. The person making the pizza gets an attitude. Drove down to the next one. Got a better service and attention less crowded too. It took 4 business days for my refund.

I don’t know why we even consider this place, they have messed up our orders, have ZERO customer service, employees are rude and they never have your order if you order online even when you’re notified it’s ready. We honestly only use this place as a last resort but I am done coming here after the last visit. We ordered 2 pizzas, extra most bestest cheese & regular classic pepperoni and crazy bread with 3 garlic and butter sauce. The order ready email never came through but I kept checking online to see when it was ready. It took an hour for it to “be ready for pickup” online and when my husband got there, they said they “didn’t have our order” Had to show them the email and showing ready online. IT TOOK ANOTHER 20 minutes to tell them the order and for it to be ready. Once we get home, our 3 kids who were starving at that point scarfed the food and when my husband and I went to eat the crazy bread, IT WAS NOT COOKED THROUGH. The entire thing was soft doughy blob that wouldn’t come apart on the parts that were cut because it was still just UNCOOKED DOUGH!! it looked like they tried to sear the top and just served it that way. We immediately told the kids to drop it and not eat it. 2 of them said no wonder it tasted kind of weird. And this is one of their favorite foods so that coupled with them starving for having to wait 1 1/2 hours to eat instead of an understandable 15-20 minutes it was 7:30pm, nobody was there when my husband went in at 8:30 and he was still ignored, not acknowledged and 2 other customers that did come in after him received their order taken and food before someone spoke to him. This place has gone downhill in the last 2 or so years I’m honestly surprised they’re still open. The company says they’ll address the issues if you reach out, but it has only gotten worse. Little Caesar’s won’t do anything to improve their service, they never have anything hot and ready and it’s dreadful if you decide to give it another chance months later in hopes the food and service may be better somehow, it’s not. It’s shameful and obviously the company is fine with the treatment and product they provide because if you look at the reviews, people are speaking up about it and it’s still operating on a downhill course. No improvement , no customer service, no good food, at Little Ceasars, nobody cares. Maybe that should be your slogan because at least that holds truth and there’s evidence of it.

This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes the pizza comes out ok, most of the time horrible. Today the pizzas were pretty horrible. We ordered a Hawaiian Pizza with barely any pineapples and ham on it and way too much tomato sauce! Also ordered the deep dish pepperoni, which was basically a tomato sauce with a little bit of cheese and pepperoni pizza. I wish they were more consistent in making their pizzas good.

-i sat here for 20 minutes, asking for my order ready est at 3:07, being ignored, and watching my order be torn apart to give to other people -then proceeded to say they ran out of the bread i ordered, when i WATCHED THEM TAKE IT AND GIVE it to someone else -THEN YOU PROCEED TO GIVE ME THIS.....CONTAINER OF AIR AFTER ATTITUDE FOR 2 BREADS AND 2 PIZZAS?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Ordered my pizza online so I could avoid the wait at the store service was pretty good but the pizza was horrible I ordered deep dish Hawaiian and it came out good but the second one extrabestmostest was horrible it did not have sauce cheese was barely there and pepperoni was a joke come on Little Caesars paid extra for that pizza and was disappointed do t waist your mo ey if you want a piece of cardboard get the regular pepperoni

I ordered online and before I even got there it was done and I was only couple blocks away and I got 15 pizzas. Davionce excuse the spelling was amazing! There was an issue with one of the pizzas and he made sure it was corrected quickly. Great job!!!Food: 4/5
