Little Caesars Pizza

This is the only Little Caesars I’ve ever been to that always serves fresh pizza without long waits. Your pizza will ALWAYS be good when you come here and there are ALWAYS hot & ready pizzas actually ready. Although located in a less fortunate neighborhood , it is worth being asked for change.

Always great quality pizza. The customer service is good too. Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza Parking: The parking is limited.

Well I order 2 cheesy breads and two pizzas. When my order came a cheesy bread was missing and my pizza was tipped over to the side! I was dissatisfied but the food was still good dispite that.

Store is ran by a bunch of teenagers, food was cold and some was raw and not edible. Placed order online Little Caesars not DoorDash etc.. had a pick up time to get there in stand in line another 15 min after my pick up time. Called back to store to talk to brandy manager on duty and was told that in order to get a refund I had to come back up to the store when I paid online so why she couldn’t do it over the phone I asked and she was very rude. I asked if I come back can I come straight up to the window and she tells me we busy.. so that meant I had to stand in line again. Never ever again will I go back to that location. She called me back before I left home to tell me she talked to her general manager and he said since I order online I had to request a refund online. Little Caesars app doesn’t have a spot to request a refund. My husband took the stuff bread back anyway to show Brandy all for her to say OMG it is raw… Still no refund, my children and I would’ve been very sick.

Given the wrong pizza, I returned and the order still no completed as ordered or charged. The cheese pizza I was given was burnt and looked small.

I ordered online, got an email that said my order was ready. Still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Staff was clearly overworked, because service with a smile was not happening! Store front was filthy, entire experience was unpleasant.Food: 4/5

I’ve never had a problem at this location, the food is always hot. The parking is horrible but they share the lot with a few other establishments. This was written a few hours, however my experience was the total opposite. I called my order in and was told 15 minutes. I waited about 10 or more minutes extra because I know this place is usually busy. Got there and paid for the food only to have an item missing. They almost sold my missing food to someone else because they was ordering the same thing. I still ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes after they had to remake that 1 item over because they didn’t prepare it how I asked. To top it off 2 other customers had similar problems. It was crazy! My food was good until I realized the bacon was chewy!! Ha what a day!!

The Little Caesars Pizza in Hamtramck has excellent customer service, the pizza is always hot, and the waiting time is less than 15 minutes.

My family and I come here at least once a week for pizza. Usually we are in and out pretty fast. Pizza is always hot and fresh. Staff is nice. Store is always clean. I don't have a negative thing to say about them at all. Keep up the great work!!
