Don’t even waste your time!! My 13 year old daughter ordered food from here and it was ice cold. She went to take it back and the lady gave her a new plate. The meat literally tasted like how I’d imagine roadkill tastes like. I sent my daughter back to give them the plate back and she said she couldn’t get her money back. Not to mention I was charged over 6 dollars for 3 can sodas!! I spent 20 dollars in all for both because my baby didn’t eat any of her food! Ended up getting Chick-fil-A which I should’ve gotten to begin with!! Smh
Buyers beware and be sure to take a close look at your receipt. They tack on extra charges upon payment and that doesn’t include the tax a 2 entrée meal is 8.49 and a 1 entrée meal 7.49 I had 3 8.49 meals and 1 7 and on a separate ticket another 8.49 cent meal and they charged me 8.99 for the 3 meals I caught the error and at first she looked like she saw a ghost and was caught and the she tried to justify it I had to pull out a calculator for her to see and she still tried to act like she didn’t know what I was talking about and then her English all of a sudden wasn’t working well. I wonder how many other people they have skimmed money off of like that. $26.97 divided by three is 8.99 ….. had she charged me correctly it would have read 8.49x3 = 25.47 plus whatever else I ordered on a separate ticket with one item she charged the correct amount
It’s a gamble The woman handling the food didn’t have gloves on, I figured, maybe she strictly prepares the food while someone else handles the person-to-person stuff. In the middle of preparing my meal she puts the serving spoon down keep in mind she’s barehanded grabs a tooth pick with meat on it and hands it to someone walking by, then goes back to serving my food. The person walking by is literally stopping at every restaurant to get their free sample. It was almost like giving out a free sample was higher priority than serving someone paying ?
Average mall food court fair. I’ve had worse, but also much better.
I love their food and have went out of my way to pick it up at times. Always delicious!
never going here again. i ordered fried rice and sauteed chicken. the fried rice didn't taste right and it was hard. the sauteed chicken was terrible, it was more like sauteed breading. it had absolutely no chicken in any of the pieces i ate, just bread! it tasted horrible too. we took it back and they said nothing, just took it and gave us our money when we told them there wasn't any chicken in it as if they have heard it before.
Avoid this place. They repeat over and over and over that the special is one meat and two sides for $5.99 I picked a side and suddenly my bill is almost $12. I asked why. “That side you picked was $3.00 extra.” Would not switch for the only other side offered. After telling me over and over that the what the special was they were silent when I chose something that increases the price to 150%. They scam and they are rude. Better similar places in the mall to eat and not feel taken.
Awful. The food being handed out was delicious; however, the food ordered was bad! My chicken tasted like seafood and was very fatty. My coke was flat and the food on display should of been a warning. I have not eaten here in over 6 months. My last experience was good but this was awful.
honestly I will never eat here again, this was my first time eating at this place, and i got severely sick throwing up for hours after eating it, As well my friend had eaten here before and got sick herself and did not warn me about this place. I would like to warn others of this frequent happening, and the reason have deduced it to this is because I was the only one that ate it the others ate from farmers basket. Please check and make sure you are not cross contaminating food and storing it properly as to avoid this frequent puking fest by your customers.
Skip this location for your meal choice. First the guy who gave us samples asked my son if his hands were broken b/c I put the sample in my son's mouth. The next person acted as if I was intruding on her time. Lastly and this is the one that really made me mad the third person rang me up and put 2 boxes on the counter. I asked for a bag and she flipped one in my direction. Before I could get mt things wrapped up which I think she should have done she was trying to rush me out of the way to ask the person behind me his drink selection.
