I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for some landscaping. They never showed and never called. I ended up messaging them and got a return phone call the next day stating it was a mix up and would come the next day. They again never called or showed. Horrible customer service and it's too bad because they had some nice looking plants that I would have bought. I'll take my business elsewhere. 
I wanted to use a local business and I'm sure there is one out there that won't waste my time.

We bought several arborvitae from Little Tree a few years ago for a privacy hedge.  They are still doing great and filling in nicely.  The people here took the time to help us pick out the right stuff (we just had an idea of what we wanted, but didn't know the right plants to get) and their prices were good.  We went back a year later and they still remembered us, I was impressed.   We also got a small lavender plant for less than $10, now it is a monster about 2-3 feet wide.

Selection  and variety of plants and flowers  worst around. Customer service poor . Go to Evergreen Tree and Landscape .

little tree completely lacks customer service! last spring we stopped in scheduled eddy, owner  to come out and give us an estimate on a job he did come out but never provided and estimate and NEVER even returned several calls.  This year we stopped in again and scheduled him to come out for another project giving him another opportunity because his variety looked good when we drove by. we made the appt he called to reschedule  and never followed through with a reschedule date .  i called back and said he could come a month from now he had to much going on.  I wanted to buy some shrubs but needed ideas and would buy all the product from him. I asked for an estimate if we did the planting and another if he did the work.  I was upset that he rescheduled out for a month and had NOT one opening earlier.  Eddy told us he has to many projects going on now and didn't want to pick up another.  I asked if he was really turning down business that I would go somewhere to a competitor he replied" tell them i say hello"  coming from a business owner he does not deserve anyone's business.  poor poor service!

I purchased Green Giant arborvitae from Eddie and he had the best prices around for 12' trees.  I actually cold called him from an ad he had listed on craigslist.  We chatted for a while and I mentioned that I needed my landscaping done.  He not only gave me a great deal on all my plants and shrubs, but  the level of customer service I received was tremendous.  So much so that I referred my friend who also needed his new construction landscaping constructed.  My friend was also amazed by the great price and level of service he received. 
I truly can't believe some of the negative reviews this company received on .  All I can say is I couldn't be happier with the service I received.  All and all I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great price on shrubs and even having their landscaping serviced by them.
