Elliott was so patient with me and was able to fix the internet connection issues as well as reinstall my printer which had not been working for several months. Sam did a great job initially taking down the information and helping me get some of the Window updates installed. Both were great - many thanks!

I have worked with Live Consulting since their inception. Great group of people with great skills and competencies. We use them on a contract basis where they are in the office a couple of afternoons per week but always available when the need arises. They are great at realizing our needs well before we see the need upgrades, updates, etc.. Technically very sound but also very easy to work with.

Live Consulting is responsive, thorough, fair, and professional. Large projects are broken down to achievable parts, scheduled appropriately, and executed in a way that brings minimal disruption to our workforce. In addition to our larger projects, we also use them for ongoing maintenance. They keep us up and running, and have also ferreted out and resolved long-standing issues that we've never been able to fix previously. In my experience, they have provided incredible value for the money. Finally, I really appreciate the warmth and professionalism of the Live Consulting team. While they bring a wealth of tech knowledge, they also "get" the customer service part of their job. My sense is that they love what they do and genuinely want to help.

Extremely pleased with the service provided by Live Consulting. Everyone is pleasant and easy to work with. I love that I have not just one but a team of people that know my system. We had another company doing our IT services before that just kept putting patches in to fix our network and at the end, our system was crippled with quick fixes.

We have been using Live Consulting for the past 3+ years and never have regretted making the switch, we just wish we would of made it sooner. I have both of my technicians I am assigned to on my speed dial and if either one of them are busy, you receive help as soon as anyone else in the firm can step right in. They leave detailed notes on your account so working with any tech is as smooth as possible. During tax time we can rely on them 100%. I almost could request them to pick up my dry cleaners and I know they would without hesitation because their main goal is to make my life easier. Live Consulting never tries to sell you anything. They are just there to give you options and let you make the decision you feel is best for your business. If you ask honest questions, they will give you honest answers.
