Dr. Troy is simply amazing! We first found him for our 8 year old son in an attempt to combat his chronic headaches. The headaches were gone after the second visit. He is absolutely incredible with children. He talks to him, looks him in the eye and genuinely listens. Each week they make a plan and my son feels heard and is committed to making slight dietary adjustments that I am certain have also helped with sleep and attention issues. I was so amazed I had my first adjustment today and haven’t felt better in years. I’ve had chronic neck pain and reservations about adjustments after a previous negative experience with the wrong doctor. He is the BEST doctor I have seen in my life. Dr. Troy has been so helpful in my search for answers to questions that had been troubling my body and mind for quite a long time. Yes, he provides routine adjustments to keep my hips aligned and to remind me not to slouch when I drive my stick-shift, but he also helps me research inflammation, probiotics, gives me insights into how anxiety contributes to conditions in the body, and is a wonderful sounding board for anything and everything health related. I had originally visited Dr. Troy because I was in serious amounts of pain due to a car accident. My pain decreased dramatically after a few visits. I also dealt with insomnia for awhile now and I no longer have issues sleeping due to Dr. Troy. But the physical pain that he helped with does not even begin to explain how great he is. He doesn't just adjust you and then you leave. He truly cares about what you have to say and what you are going through, physically, mentally, or emotionally. Dr. Troy put together a personalized care plan that includes chiropractic treatments, a routine jade therasage, a nutrition consultation, and a food inflammation test to see if food sensisitivies may be contributing to my issues. I’ve made some dramatic changes in my lifestyle per Dr. Troy’s recommendation, and so far so good! Not only does he look to solve issues with chiropractic care, but he strives for holistic healing in ways I’ve never considered before.

Dr. Troy was recommended to me by several friends. I have degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis in L3, L4 and L5 of my spine. My symptoms started a daily battle in my early thirties. Years of retail, restaurant and bar work had finally caught up to my back. I had always been terrified of chiropractors. At this point I was approaching 40, taking vicodin on a regular basis and desperately trying to avoid surgery. As a last ditch effort, I consulted with my orthopedic surgeon about chiropractic care. His response was "Look, nothing you can do is going to mess up your back any more than it already is - I don't want to seriously consider surgery at least until you are 50 years old." With my Doctor's approval, I set up a visit with Dr. Troy that next week. My first month, I went twice a week, with a goal of twice a month for maintenance. That was 5 years ago and I have never looked back. Dr. Troy does more than adjustments - He offers sleep, dietary and exercise recommendations. He fitted me with a lift for my left shoe to completely balance my hips - which has made a tremendous improvement in my spine alignment and back pain. Dr. Troy's suggestions of ice therapy and dietary modifications to reduce inflammation in the joints and body tissues have practically eliminated my need for narcotic pain medication. The difference between Dr. Troy Willis and other chiropractors is that he is on this health journey WITH you. He too struggles with his own health issues, which drives him to constantly research the latest methods, equipment and supplements to enhance your quality of life.
