Live Well Pharmacy

I transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens to this pharmacy and it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. They try to bring customers by enticing them with pharmacy perks. Like with OTC. They allow customers to purchase anything with their cards to attract them. Their customer service is horrible and they have a high staff turnover rate. Their delivery guys are unreliable and they go back on their word. They are very disorganized and hard to communicate with. They will take advantage of you're too nice with them! Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've done business with.

Live well pharmacy is our favorite one. My wife and I are always filled our prescriptions there.John the pharmacist and his wife are always courteous &Ahmed the employee did a tremendous job this afternoon.We give them 5 stars.

Oh my goodness gracious me, this pharmacy was a lifesaver. I do not live in the Brooklyn area, but when I was in a pinch, this pharmacy delivered. I was in the neighborhood on my way home from a Church retreat when I was almost approached by a street tough on the sidewalk. I quickly walked to the other side of the road to avoid her when I slipped on the curb and skinned both of my knees and my left hand. This pharmacy was the area and their workers showed great compassion when I walked in bleeding. They directed me straight to the Neosporin and bandages and I patched myself up on the curb outside. Such service! Bravo! If I am ever in the area again I will be certain to pop in. Five stars.

This pharmacy has to be one of the worst I’ve ever seen ever in all my 22 years. I stopped in to grab myself a little treat and was baffled by how poorly kept the store was. There was a mess on the floor of something brown and smelly. I’m not quite sure what it was but I was afraid immediately. I quickly grabbed my Kit Kat, checked out, and scrammed. Terrible experience 1/5 stars. Yucky

Very helpful and knowledgeable. John is fantastic. Store is well kept. They can give the large pharmacies a run for their money.

I walked in and got helped right away. Found what I needed and got out real quick. Very trusted and very knowledgeable about there products. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional pharmacy.

This pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies that I ever went to in Brooklyn. They are very helpful. Better than CVS. You’re not waiting days for your medicine. sorry but I just gotta tell the truth. Love you guys.

Switched all my prescriptions from rite aid to live well and very happy with their services. Always fast service and very friendly staff. Always help answer questions and even offer free delivery if you can't make it to their pharmacy. They are expanding to the store next door and will have many more products to shop from. Thank you again!
