This was a great little surprise in the naugatuck area. If you have both the time to wait and experience you will get some really tasty dishes that inspires your tastes buds and nourishes your body on the way down. You can taste the value and health in each bite. Definitely will be going back there.

Finally decided to try their smoothies a couple months ago and they are so good. Super fresh and refreshing.

Great food. They have a lot of knowledge on what they sell. Craig and K are very nice and pleasant...my husband and i really love this place.
