Today was my first visit here and what I experienced was troubling to me as a Christian. A man by the name of Grace Lubega, who claimed to be a friend of the pastor, was giving the sermon. According to Grace, in his home country of Uganda, people are literally "rising from the dead and being cured of AIDS" when people "channel the spirit." The impression I received from the sermon as well as their past sermons they publish online is that this church is deep in the "name it and claim it" movement. Name it and claim it, otherwise known as the prosperity gospel, states that God wants to bless you with health, riches, a great relationship, or anything you want, but won't until we "trust him more" or "have enough faith." A clear understanding of the Bible discredits this heretical teaching, which implies that we have power over God and that earthly treasures are to be more sought after than heavenly treasures. The bottom line is that if God is going to bless you, He is going to bless you. If it's not His will, He will not bless us with what we particularly want. Our amount of faith has zero impact on that; we can't influence how much or at what time God will act. Even if a church is really friendly, has a big children's ministry or hosts entertaining events, it is not a good place of worship if the teachings are heretical. I would advise any brother or sister in Christ to look elsewhere than this church.

After reading all of the wonderful reviews, I decided to try this church today. They "seem" to be a very friendly place and welcoming. I didnt quite have that experience. The greeter was very nice. You are not allowed to enter the actual sanctuary until 5 minutes before the service, which was troubling to me. I prefer to arrive early and have time to be seated and not have to enter in a large crowd. As I waited in the crowds of people, sitting all alone, you would think that someone would approach and say hello. People gathered in their little exclusive groups the same way they do outside the church doors. It was disappointing. I decided not to wait. Oh, and the new visitor desk was not attended by anyone either. Reminds me of the saying "all that glitters is not gold"

This church is all about family, relationship & the Holy Spirit! If you're looking for a community, a spiritual family or pure fun in church! Then this is the place. From personal experience, you should visit at least once!

I always keep coming back to this church. When I my father and my mother would split up this was the church I would attend and would see my mom sad and coming out glowing again once it was over. Than when I was 12 was invited by a friend for their youth group and loved it. Than when I was 16-17 my best friend invited me to their youth camp two years in a row. So now almost being 21 it is literally a block away from where I just moved too. I have come from a family that moves alot and have always switched from to church to church. But, this one i always come back and everytime feel something powerful and wonderful flowing from it. I believe God wants me here and I hope I get to meet and just grow with this community as well strengthen my spiritual being with God. I have participated in a few events and actively looking for more and they always have so much going on I don't know where to start. Definitely loving this church 😊

We love this church. Very warm feeling when you walk through the doors. Our family started attending here around three months ago.
