A really cool meeting/working space in NYC right next to world trade center. Traveling here is super convenient with subway and path. They have open desks, conference rooms, and small study rooms. I was here for an entrepreneurship event and I liked the place. The presentation area is small though.

Very interesting conference/board room/ co working space. I was there with NY Travel fest and it comfortably fit 80-100 people.

I've attended several lectures here and love the space. The main reception area can hold about 50-75 people seated comfortably. They have several offices that are furnished. They also have a large open working area with counters and chairs. The people who run the place are very friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stage a business meeting or business social event. Great Location for out of town guests to visit. Supporter and Sponsor of the Open House New York Weekend organization.

They throw potentially great events but they have been caught serving expired beer/ liquor multiple times. Would only come to use their work space.

Nice venue to hold professional events.

As a coworking space they seem to have everything one needs, A clean, roomy, well lit environment. Coffee, couches and good connections. As an event space, the staff tries hard to develop programming for the lower Manhattan community. Not just financial companies but also topics on fashion, women and health issues.
