Local Boys Barber Shop

Took me a moment to find the door however once I did we were welcomed with open arms. The place is clean. There was ample seating with some tv to watch while my son and I waited our turn. I did make a reservation and would suggest to anyone to also do the same. They do take care an other ways of payment however prefer cash. My son loves his hair cut and Troy was amazing with communicating with him on what he wanted. We will be going back for sure.

I just got a super good haircut. This shop is clean and has good seating and a tv. Troy offered me a refreshment before my haircut. He took real good care of me, great haircut and beard trim. I’ll be back.Services: Hair shape up

Been going to see Troy for over a year, never disappointed! It's a local shop with a local vibe in the heart of West Salem... I stumbled in over a year ago looking for a "Good Local Barber" because I had just moved to Salem... I luckily hit a lull in the shops business for the day and only waited a few moments to be seated by Troy, a Professional and Courteous Gentleman, he asked what I wanted done, I explained and 30 minutes later I had realized I not only found a "Good Barber" but I found a "Great Barber". Scheduled a hair cut appointment for my son on a Sunday with Troy. The website clearly stated that he was open and available during that time. I show up to the appointment, and the shop is closed. This could of happened to anyone as they do not care about their customer's time. As a courtesy, he should of informed me that he did not plan on being there and I would of avoided a 25 minute trip to West Salem. Would not recommend to anyone.

Paul is the man! I constantly get compliments on my fresh cuts and fades.

Came here for a beard trim on my birthday. Paul did a great job cleaning me up. I'll definitely be back.

Amazing Service! I took my 2 son's in on a walk in and they not only engaged with them about the hair cut but just took the time to make sure they were happy and comfortable. The boys have gotten multiple compliments on their hair in just the few hours since visiting here. My youngest said that's his new hair cut spot and that says alot for a kid who hates New hair cuts.

Great little shop and they were friendly. Shop was clean and welcoming. My son was the one getting the hair cut. His main comment was that it would have been helpful to have to style explained better. Haircut result: Shorter than wanted, but mostly happy with the look.

This place is awesome!! If you need a barber, stop looking because, that's no one better than Troy. He is worth very penny I paid. When I'm back in town I'll go see him again and again.
