As far as Dermatologist goes he would make a good Carpenter. Came in to see me and stayed for about a minute and left and never came back in. He is a joke!!!

Told my dad he had sun blisters and when we got a second opinion it turned out to be precancerous sores! The front staff is very rude and smart mouthed. His nurse is wonderful! I hate we had a bad experiences and we will not be back.

Office staff refused to file insurance **new insurance that just became effective that I don't have the physical card but I received a copy of the BCBS card front and back. I have had others tell me office staff is not helpful.... I can see from the reviews that I am not the only one. There is this handy dandy gadget called a computer and a website where you can verify insurance with that information without an actual card. I mean a card doesn't mean a thing as far as coverage. If you have the contract number and group number and name and birthday you can look up coverage. I have filed a complaint with BCBS.

I recently called to try and set up an appointment to have a cyst removed. However, never during the phone call was I asked my name or what I was coming in for. The woman on the phone asked me about my insurance, age, and if I have been there before. When I said I have had family there (thinking they would pull up a family file) she responds "YEAH, but have YOU been here?" In a very rude tone. I highly recommended at the least they train their employees in patient service.

Horrible Dermatologist!! Dr. Lockridge examined me and downplayed my staph infection. I ended up at UAB West for two weeks on IV antibiotics. I later received a letter that Dr. Lockridge couldn't find no significant skin disorder and was dropping me. I was a cash paying client because no insurance at that point. I believe that had a major role in how he was treating me.
