Loft has been one of my favorite stores for years, and I used to work at one a long time ago. I have visited this location several times and customer service seems to be lacking in general - most staff aren’t friendly, and picking up an online order was a hassle. Definitely room for improvement.

Security guard followed me around. I felt so uncomfortable I left. Never going back.

it is..  somethings are good but other are not madewell...have no shelf line.  Though some of their designs are good.
