Very upset with the checkout process. It is very unsecure now and requires a pin for a credit card purchase. You are unable to make a credit purchase. Sales person was rude about this and made me upset. No assistance on floor.

New to the area. I had ordered some items from the Loft, that I needed to return. Although, I could not return my Loft internet items at the Loft outlet store (big FYI), the reception and help I received was outstanding. I will definetly be shopping there again.
