LOFT Outlet

Was turned away from door before 6, argued with until 6 and then turned away again because "it's 6 now" At outlet location 3011 I arrived to return a single item before it closed. The lady locked the door as I approached, even though it was before 6, then argued about nothing for 5 minutes, then said "oh, well look at that it's after 6". Astonishingly bad customer service. Tried shoving her watch, which didn't say it was 6 yet, in my face, but hit the door because it was closed in front of her ?. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would have been out of there by 6 easy, I had the receipt and it ready to go.

First time in this store. Got few items. Price was reasonable. Very clean and organized. Check out associate was very courteous and professional. Nice place to shop and highly recommend it.

Too many road rage ignorant racist people at the outlet mall in makes no sense someone tailed me all the way to Lake Hefner Parkway.

I was disappointed with the what new stock they now have and lack of stock.
