I lived here for a year and a year was way too long! I couldn’t wait to get out of here while counting down the days and now I’m in my new blissful quiet place! With that being said, I will start off with the pros since they are way fewer than the cons. I like the concierge staff, package handling, and location. I don’t use the valet service so I’m not exactly sure how good they are with people’s cars, and I’ve had very limited interaction with them. Now moving on to MY less than desirable experiences here, so let’s start with their horrible parking garage and the speed demons that zip through each floor. I was blessed with living on the 3rd floor but having to park on the 6th floor and every day I dreaded having to leave the building because I would have to deal with the endless garage turns and the non-driving idiots who are racing through each floor, while almost running you over or hitting your car. Let’s not mention that they can’t park either. Next up, the weed smoke that permeates each floor in the building mainly floors 3 & 4, if you are a pothead then this won’t be an issue for you but for the rest of us who can’t stand the smell, yuck! Next, don’t expect to be greeted by everyone you see in the hallways, this is about the friendliest lot of neighbors I’ve had in years *sarcasm*. You can say “Hi”, but you might be greeted by crickets. Mind you, not everyone is like that and there are a few neighbors who were friendly but for the most part, people keep to themselves and won't really say much in passing. If you live in a unit overlooking the pool, good luck in the summers. When the weather is warm enough, you will have to deal with screaming kids and loud drunks at the pool. They changed the hours from 8am-10pm but sometimes you will get the rare few who want to continue the party well beyond 10pm but usually the security guard who will remind them that the party’s over. Oh! And let’s not forgot that there are pleasant neighbors who enjoy their cup of coffee on their patio at 6am, while carrying on the loudest phone conversation possible so that their neighbors can also enjoy the convo! Remember folks, if your patio overlooks an enclosed space, it’s like an echo chamber and noise carries. Also, you gotta love the stadium lighting that surrounds the pool which will give those light blocking curtains a run for their money. And lastly, the walls and ceilings seem like they are made of paper. Yes folks, you can hear EVERYTHING!! You can hear a minor stomp/step, nighttime play, phone alarms at 5am, laughs, screams, fights, TV, and loud gushing water after showers. You can attempt to diffuse all these inconveniences by emailing the management but best of luck getting that properly addressed. If you enjoy ALL OF THIS, then Lofts on Post Oak is the place for you!!

Absolutely humiliating service by middle eastern valet guy who tried to make me walk and surrender my keys when I can legally park in disabled spot. Argued me down I couldn't park there. Then the concierge inside was just as rude after I started speaking to him, was very arrogant with providing directions to tenants unit i was visiting

The Galleria is a wonderful place to live and LOPO is right in the middle of it. You can either walk to just about everything or there is a bus stop right in front of the exit that can take you up and down Post Oak, to the Mall and to 2 transit centers. Its an older building but in good shape and has great amenities and one of the lowest HOA fees around.

We bought here 1 year ago. This is the most beautiful and well run building. Everyone is very kind and professional and the front desk staff are always taking such good care of us. I wish we had moved into the lofts sooner! Life is really easy and happy here.

We have been living here for a year and now and we love this place! It has so many things we enjoy! 24hr concierge, safe delivery of packages held in the back for you. They also have a 24hr gym and a theater, lounge area, coffee, and 6 pools! They all have outdoor grills!: besides that, they have an attached garage!: Its located in the best area, with plenty of restaurants surrounding the lofts, shopping center and easy access to the freeway!

The concierge are very rude. No doubt they're aware of how difficult it is to navigate the floors, but they clearly don't care. If you're trying to deliver to this building, get ready for a headache. They'll give you no support or help, and will likely slow you down as well in reaching your destination. The one place I dread every time delivering to in this area.

Great place to live right in the middle of everything within walking distance to Wholefoods, The Galleria and even Memorial Park and much more! Highly recommend this place.

If I could give -0 stars I would. Have you ever been so mad you cried. Wow! The concierge and valet by far the rudest people I have encountered. Would not valet my car since I am doing work at the location told me to figure out where to park. I complained so they let me park in the garage. They told my worker to park in there area and after 2hrs told her to move it or they would tow her. But you told her to park there. The. Their roof access door was lock so I asked to be escorted out to my car, he had me waiting thinking he was going to call someone. After I threaten to have a police escort me a nice Hispanic man escort me out to my car thank God! I definitely wasted 4hrs of time with the antics of the place. I guess I’ll have to fit the home decor in my Maserati next time.

I have been living here for 8 years with my husband and 3 kids. I used to think that this place was great , but I have had multiple incidents where our cars were broken into and private items were stolen , our Escalade got stolen from our “secured “ garage with “Guard” . When I tried to address the issue since it wasn’t the first time our cars were broken into, I got a response that they are not liable. We have a valet service that could have been potentially been involved and they did not investigate the issue or tried to see if it was an inside job which we believe it was since they have a copy of our keys and it happened more than once . Security in this building is lacking. The police couldn’t even read the license plate because our cameras are not clear , and the worst part is that we are paying for all of those “ services”. If you are looking for a safe place for your family and kids and a place where your concerns are assessed appropriately, this is not the place for you. We had a neighbor who had very expensive watches stolen from his house. They knew exactly where they were and what time he was gone. It’s not a coincidence. Find a different place to live !! There are many buildings around !
