I just went into this place to buy modelo's for me and my friends. And they didn't have the individual cans or bottles. And the guy told me if I didn't like it to just leave. I thought that was incredibly rude. I just moved downtown and everyone has been pretty welcoming. But we definitely will not be coming back to this place. I'd rather go to the crazy one on eutaw. At least they respect you as a customer and human being.
Wasn't able to get in the store with my wheelchair I had to back up. Then when the guy came to get the door to help me out he wasn't nice at all.
Pathetic place-no price tags so you can be charged anything the man wants. Shabby place with weird people hanging out by the door. Avoid !
Nothing fancy, but you'll get what you need for the hotel room or the walk to the game.
Prices were really high on the lowest quality bottles & quite high on mid-grade bottles. High-end bottles were only somewhat higher in cost. Definitely not a budget-friendly store, but the selection was good with random "sales" prices were displayed on very randomly selected items. Staff was at least attentive. I wouldn't recommend it if you're broke, but it was a cool little joint conveniently next to the [yellow bus stop], nonetheless.
They need to have 2 ppl doing lottery and purchases because you always have to wait forever when ppl play the stupid lotto. The store is too tight so ppl should have to enter through the side door and exit through the front. And they need to tell hobos to leave because the space is limited as is
Love the owner’s helpful spirit. Not the cheapest liquor store but he does have some good local wine, including Montfleur Duvin which is Haitian owned and very tasty.
They had what I wanted
It's a regular liquor store. I'd give it a better rating if they weren't so nasty to the homeless. I don't drink but i know people that do, and too many times I had to help alcoholic homeless people get what they needed. All because of the nasty people running the place.
Had a blast in BMore this store was the best one we went too
