First the driver calls me and expects me to come outside while he's still in his car. It was like he was expecting me to go down to his car and get my food the way he was acting when i stepped outside. I met him halfway up my porch. I tried the pizza first and really enjoyed it but then I got to my wings. Prepacked Ken's salad dressing smh. You will always lose me with the wings if you can't provide fresh decent blue cheese. Then I see my boned wings are breaded and I'm done. Some people might enjoy wings breaded but not me. That's what boneless wings are for. Final kicker was the breading was full of spice. It tasted extremely salty especially with the cheap blue cheese. Why does a simple order of mild Buffalo wings have to be so hard to get??? Oh and I asked for it extra saucy which I didn't get.
The pizza here is phenomenal! Love the fact they you can get a variety of different food here! You haven’t had good wings until you’ve experienced them from this place! Customer could be a little better but the food is great.
The public restroom for men door handle was broken and prohibited use. It seemed at 8pm staff was unaware and that along with an extended wait made the visit less than 5 star all around. The food was excellent and worth the wait. I will continue to support them especially with halal products.Food: 5/5
I have ordered from Lombardi's several times but this by far was the worst experience ever!!!! Normally I order online and pay with a card but this time I paid cash. So here's.... the good part, I waited over an hour for pizza, wings, chicken tenders and a piece of carrot cake. I called the restaurant to check on the status and was told it would be another 5 OR 10mins this was at 7:20pm. I placed the order at 6:16pm. I patiently waited and the food arrived at 7:28pm. I was ok with that until they forgot my carrot cake! First I called the driver then the store. Girl who answered the phone was clueless. The manager has no customer service skills. It's now 8:30pm still no carrot cake! 8:58 still carrot cake. At this point I wanted my refund.... At 9:43pm I get a call from the driver, saying he was outside with my refund AND THEN he didn't even have enough to give me! The missing carrot cake wasn't such a big deal but how it was handled was a big deal! Keep in mind they charge a delivery fee and they are located about 10 minutes from me....another reason I was bothered!
Ordered 38 dollars worth of food. Food was made incorrectly. I called they said they will remake i felt it was such an inconvenience that it should be delivered. Said it would be delivered in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes still was not there. Called owner asked for refund said will refund my money and give me the sandwich. When driver arrived he only wanted to give me the sandwich and not my money so I got the money and no food. Never going back
Am staying at a local hotel and they offered Lombardi's as one of the places that delivers food to the hotel. Called to place an order. Guessing that the person answering must be new as he couldn't answer my questions about certain menu items, but he didn't pass me to someone that could answer for quite a while so that was frustrating. He was also hard to understand, adding to the frustration. They should have someone familiar with the menu and easy to understand on the phone. I had to wait over an hour for my food. I think it was 70 minutes. When ordering, I stated my room number to him and asked for my food to be brought directly to my room. I checked with the front desk that this would be allowed and she said yes. When the delivery person came, he called saying he was in the lobby. I directed him to come up to my room and repeated my room number. Figured he would be up shortly. Waited quite a while. Called the front desk and they said there was no delivery person there. I called the delivery person back and asked where he was. He said in his car. I asked why then he said he was in the lobby. Weird. Anyway, eventually got my food. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened. I briefly spoke to the woman who answered before she put me on hold without an explanation. When she got back on the phone she said she was trying to reach the delivery person. I tried to explain I already got a hold of him, but she cut me off and put me on hold again in another attempt to reach him. When she finally got back on the phone I explained I already spoke to him. Tried to tell her the series of mishaps that occurred so management could address it internally so another customer doesn't run into the same situation. She never heard me because she KEPT CUTTING ME OFF. I asked repeatedly for her to not do that so she could hear me out. She just kept doing that. She never listened to me. My meal with the tip, I paid $20. It was not worth it. Also, i specified I need utensils. I got 2 forks, no knife. I had to rip apart my food with the 2 forks to try and get bite sized pieces. Not a good experience for my delivery order.
These people are racist I ordered food from them 70$ worth and when the guy delivered the food he wanted me to come to his car and get the food, once i approached his car i sed i am paying for delivery you should deliver to my front door, the driver then says “oh im sorry I thought u was BLACK” And not even that my food was horrible. Fried wings tasted like fish pizza wasn’t even the correct pizza and it was all soggy. Stokos is were its at!!!they have good food there
First time here and the food was good but not great. I ordered the old bay wings with fries and drink. The wings were fired okay but the lemon pepper season with missing. I would order again but next time I'll asked for extra seasoning.
The lack of customer service here is why people have shifted to supporting corporate supplies like Doordash. Was quoted 50 mins for delivery. After 90 mins I asked for a status update and was assured it would arrive in 5 mins. Another 15 mins past so I asked for a refund. The manager said the driver needed 1 more minute because he was at the light....I'm not near a light. I kindly asked for a refund. He hung up on me by slamming the phone. I called back for a reference number or confirmation, he wouldn't get back on the phone.
The initial person I spoke with was very nice, but once he left to apparently deliver some orders so did everything else, went right out the door... We were told that our food would take about 20mins, but an hour or more. Every time I checked on it, I was told, not yet, of course it was burt and not very hot. So upset since I had purchased 2. When I discussed this with the older man there, he said nothing was wrong with it. I gave up and decided no more, etc. While waiting this long while we asked to use the restroom. Both men and women restrooms were marked out ordered, but they said that it was ok to go in. Well, it was not. It was nasty in there, EVERYTHING WAS!!! When I mentioned it to one of the older men there, he said something like, "there you have it..." I was so annoyed!!! I should have left then instead of waiting longer for my food, but I was waiting for my car and needed my son and I needed to eat something after taking our medications. My son is very forgiving when it comes to pizza, but not this this. We were both very disappointed. Never again!!!!!
