LBT is a great company that supports their products. I was in town for training and asked them to repair a tear in a rolling duffel I had purchased a few years back. They mailed it back to me a couple weeks later. Unfortunately their showroom/pro shop is no longer open.

My aunty works here and is simply amazed at how well the staff is treated. I’ve gone in a couple times and they always do their best to tailor your needs.
