Lone Peak Park

This is usually a great park. But as of recently I've noticed a lot of adult men Who are clearly homeless. Making themselves very comfortable passed out directly in the small childrens Play ground area. I know this makes me and many other moms with small children very uncomfortable. And it's disappointing When families cannot use the facilities intended for our small children because creepy adult men are passed out right in the middle of their play area. This is absolutely unacceptable Do better Sandy city.

Great park and it has everything you can think of. It has 2 kids playing areas , skating area ,volley ball and basket ball playing areas. It has big play areas suitable for soccer and other outdoor games. I did not see tennis or pickle ball courts however.

The park itself is in a beautiful place- you have awesome views of the mountains and there’s big trees and green grass everywhere. However I was totally unimpressed with the homeless guy sprawled across the grass when I pulled up with my three young kids. Additionally there were homeless people belongings strewn all over the playground and then a bunch of teenagers in the skate park were literally fist fighting on the ground as I was leaving. Seems like a very ghetto place unfortunately

Great park with a lot of options. Multiple play structures, good parking options, pavilion, baseball diamond, big open field for many types of activities. Awesome place! Playground: Multiple fun play structures. Restrooms: Very clean public restroom facility Picnic area: Great looking pavilion with updated look.

We had a really nice time here. Experienced and beginners come here to skate, roller blade and scooter. Opened until 10:30pm, this place is clean and the park is very comfortable to use. It can get busy in Summer after 7pm. A great spot to visit.

This is a fantastic large park. It has great amenities; bathrooms, skate park, open fields, baseball diamonds, hills, covered picnicking areas, playground equipment, basketball courts, walking trails. I've never had a problem with parking although it may be an issue due to limited parking for such a large park.

Great place for indoor events, and all the outdoor facilities are impeccable. Can't wait to skate at the park. It was rainy today. But I will definitely come back!

A beautiful park that we visited on a school field trip. The soccer fields had just been mowed and there are 2 playgrounds. The Pavillions are really nice and the bathrooms were clean.

Nice big park that you can do most popular outdoor activity, Except tennis / pickleball. Plus it’s near the hiking / horse trails down along the creek.
