Very disorganized. There were twice as many broken or dysfunctional guitars than working ones, and the effects pedals appeared to have ridiculous asking prices. The only good thing about this store is the amplifier selection. Lots of cool Peavey, Crate, and odd brand amps that you won't see in a Guitar Center. Didn't get to play them because they weren't plugged in (I was too freaked out by the atmosphere to ask for an outlet), but their asking prices appeared to be reasonable. If you're looking for a cheap guitar amplifier that's a little different, this might be a decent place to look. Otherwise, you're better off visiting Guitar Center or Tarpley's; both of which are much better and close by.

I was told I would have my son's trumpet back from cleaning in one week. Didn't happen!! I picked up his trumpet one week later and nothing was done to it. Not good business!!

Good service spent a good amount of time helping me with a guitar didn't mind helping me out all I bought was a guitar cord
