My experience was very enjoyable at the DuBois Long John Silver's. I had two visits, dine in, and the other was takeout. The staff at the register was the same both times. Both visits she was extremely nice and helpful. She explained the options and answered questions I had. I dont want to give her name in the review, but I can provide if LJS would like it. She should get a bonus or raise. Finding workers who have a positive attitude is hard to find The food was warm, and there was lots of flavor. Fish, chicken, and hush puppies were all good. The Resteraunt was clean inside. The two issues that held back the 5 star 1. Fries were cold, spending 5 dollars on 2 chili cheese fries, and they were cold and soggie. The other was the door for the entrance needs to be clean. I almost didn't go in. 2nd visit the door was clean but the fries were soggie. The fries were warm, but the container was different and not paper. I switched my 4 stars to five, due to if I dined in it, wouldn't have been a problem. I'm guessing there are supply issues, which is not the fault of the store. Consistency with the fish, chicken, and huspuppies both times. Other than those two issues, the food and experience were great and will be back. Parking: Lots of spots
If i could have left 0 stars i would have. This place was TRASH. From the food to the service, everything was just awful. The kid working the counter was SO RUDE. You could tell he hated his job. To top it all off they closed up and locked the main doors 2 hours early! The kid then proceeds to tell everyone who was dining inside to use the side when we leave because he was locking up. This place needs shut down.
The guy working really could tell he didn't want to be there , no thank you have a good night! When I said thank you have a goodnight I got nothing back in return! If you don't like your job there is other places where you don't have to deal with people ! I got my food to go was missing my hushpuppies very disappointing fries were definitely not fresh at all very disappointed
Customer service was ok... but they were out of pretty much everything, no fries, no chicken, no cole slaw, no lobster bites, no tartar sauce plus many more sides. That's way too many items to be out of. The restroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The entire place needs an overhaul!Food: 1/5
food took <20 minutes to get out, guy running register messed up the ENTIRE order, locked the doors at 1:30 even though they close at 9, and was very visibly not comfortable running register during lunch hour. only good thing was the food.
The food was good, fresh and hot. The employees were very nice and attentive.Food: 5/5
The service was not good the young man had a bitter attune. He locked the door at 716pm stating they were closing. The food was cold, he said he was out of tarter sauce. Very upset.
They just need more help. People need to get out there and help our small businesses. If your not willing to help then you're part of the problem. Good job team at Long John's. please put one in New Jersey NorthFood: 5/5
The girl taking my order was very rude. There was bugs flying in my food while I was eating. My food was really not that good. I will not eat at that long johns ever again. Was not worth the money.Food: 1/5
better not be in a rush. its faster to sit down and eat some places. Everytime I go here i think there is no way it could possibly be 20 minutes again. drive thru had 1 car took 20 minutes.
