My food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I loved the coleslaw and fresh cooked fries. The building is dated and could use some new seating, but it was very clean. The staff was great and very friendly. Will definitely eat there again when I'm in the area.Food: 4/5
Bad experience the. Black lady over there is so rude I order the deal she gave me lots of hushpuppys there's 2 shrimp bad service when I go anywhere every black people are so rude to me and I'm very nice to them but my experience was always bad and I cried lots of time to their behavior to meFood: 1/5
Linda has given her finest customer service that could have ever been given. Then she is also cleaning the dinning room clean. This team was directed. By Candis. This is the shift to come on if you require the best. Keep up the most excellent work.
Tried the new coconut shrimp. Honestly surprised at how good it was. I found myself enjoying it quite a bit and the coconut flavor on the shrimp was noticable without being overpowering or treating artificial. I would definitely order them again on a repeat visit. My only two critique is the building definitely shows it's age, things appear VERY old inside. There is also an immediate small of grease and oil when walking in, but hey most items are fried.
I was so dissatisfied with this order... I drove 10 miles to get LJS, and asked to have my order cooked fresh, all they did was reheat it. The crust was so rubbery I had to pick it off my chicken. Horrible experience, never again.
I went to the drive-thru Friday night around 8:45pm the customer service wasn't good the guy was very rude. The food was old. I call on Friday night after l made it home no answer left 3 voice messages no return call.l call back on sat morning around 1045 am l finally spoke to the store manager Cindy l let Cindy know what happened she tell me to bring the food back is the only way it would be replacedd l didn't have a problem bring it back. I wasn't able to bring it back on Sat. l called all day Sunday again no one answers l wanted.to let someone to be aware l will be there after l got off work on Sunday. It was replaced the fish was hot and the fries again my chicken was old l didn't bother to even call again about the same issues. l did asked the store manager Cindy for the corporate office information she told me they're going to tell me the same thing. If this is how you conduct business you don't have to worry about me returning or wasting another dime at your place of business. No people skill at all. Give better customer service or go back to the training school to learn how to work for the public manager and employees' needs it.

I ordered a number 11 that comes with 2 fish , 1 chicken , 3 shrimp with 2 sides and drive back to my job site to eat. when I see no chicken your employee was fast to get me out the drive through line. maybe your company should be focusing on making the right orders its not always about speed. I paid around 15 dollars here just to get over charged. place wasn't even busy I was the only car in line place business was slow. lost a customer and I will make sure no one I know return or goes to this location.
Friendly service but didn't get all of my order. We went there late on Friday night, got home and didn't have the coconut shrimp I paid for. By that time they were already closed.
We don’t stop for fast food very often but decided to stop at this long John silvers location for some fish and fries. The staff was very friendly, and Lorenzo did an awesome job of cooking up our fish, fries, and hush puppies with just the right texture and a nice crispy outside. Nice dinner!
