Our goal is to develop long-term client relationships, based on close contact with our clients and solid results. We are committed to providing quality legal services to our clients. We have over 30 years of combined experience handling tax controversies and tax and business planning. We represent clients from all 50 states who are having difficulty with the IRS or their State Taxation Departments.

We also form business entities in all fifty states and provide business planning advice to enable our clients to make the best decisions when forming their company for both tax planning and asset protection planning purposes.

We assist our business and real estate investor clients to help them to reduce their tax liability to the legal minimum. We provide asset protection planning for our clients through various strategies. Through our business, tax planning, and asset protection techniques and our extensive experience with preparing both personal and entity tax returns for clients in all 50 states, we will make sure you do not pay one penny more in tax than is required.
