Longhaven Estates

I live here. And must admit that they are very caring and helpful. The manager Christine is willing to work with you in times of hardship. Overall, I recommend that living here is safe and quiet. Well, it's been home for over 2 yrs now. We are under new management and new owners. Things here get better with time and people working together in a positive manner. Everyone here seems pleasant and happy. We have a neighborhood watch which helps also. All in all , I would recommend living here for all seniors! Well , we have gotten another set of managers, and I have to say that they have made some wonderful improvements to the park. Especially enclosing " dog park".

I have lived here for a year now and have seen a beautiful transformation of the fitness center. I am looking forward to visiting the club house. It is refreshing the difference in what paint makes. Please keep up the great work that you are doing. It is greatly appreciated.

To relatively nice quiet community. My boyfriend's mom lives here and it's always a pleasure to see her and her home. I would say the only downside is lately they've been less selective about who they allowed to live in the community

I guess I should have heard from this Susan krueger. I got no call and lost my home. I am the worst person to ask for a review. I have lived long enough to recognize a disregard of concern and lack of respect. I sincerely doubt I will hear from you. AMF!!! In response to the message from the owner. Everything you mentioned was what you wish it was. I remember a meeting where you said alot of things that gave us hope and promise. It was all smoke and mirrors to settle us down. You said you would be back monthly. You never returned at all. I no longer live there. Due to your manager and corp. Lack of concern or caring I lost my home to a person, if not for me would not qualify to live there. Peace out

Longhaven Estates, is a very peaceful estate where a person can settle down and enjoy a friendly staff. Margarita , Angelica and Ivan are professionals in handling all the residents concern. If you are looking for a place where they know your name Longhaven Estates is a place for you.

I would have given a higher rating but my recent dealings with Amanda and Angela made it lower. I don't recall ever being treated so unprofessionally by a corporate office in my entire life. I felt like I was a criminal with the way both of them treated me over simple things that they caused. The worst thing was being lied too and no one taking the time to return calls. They need to remember at this corporate office that we are the "paying customers." The complex itself is decent considering it's in Maryvale. From what I'm told Maryvale used to be a very nice area. The staff onsite here at the complex are much nicer to deal with than the corporate folks are. They do thier best to keep everything moving but of course can't make everyone happy. I think the part that is most concerning is that the rules in this complex are only adhered to by a few tenants. Some think the rules don't apply to them. For example, we went to big pool today and a tenant dropped off all his 4 young grandkids at the pool and went home. What happened to the 55 and over person being with them while swimming. It's not like the rules aren't posted on the wall at the pool in two languages. We then went to the smaller pool due to a very loud racket from the youngsters and here we watched another tenant use her amenity key to let a known homeless person go into the men's bathroom/shower to clean up. I could go on and on with all the things we witness but I think these things will fall on deaf ears as I suspect this review will. I normally don't bother with these reviews but felt it was necessary to do so. Now we will see if any retribution will come from this review.

Very cute mobile home park, kept clean, just not much for parking except at the pool area...

I have rented here for over 2 years. I am handicapped and use a walker. Received a letter from mgmt that they are not renewing renters and I have to move by June 1st. I have made contact with 20 Apts and no one has Apts available on the first floor until July/August. Guess I will be homeless. I loved living here..great neighbors,feel safe,quiet.

This is a nicer gated senior mobile home communities in Phoenix. I have several friends who live here as an economical alternative to apartment living, and the property offers many amenities as well such as heated pools, on site laundry, a lending library, fitness center with weight and aerobic machines, dog parks, a clubhouse that has daily activities such as bingo and karaoke, etc. Small pets are welcome.

It has really gone down hill in 5 years i have lived here! Management doesn't care about Residents! They only care about lining their pockets! Yards are full of weeds! Cars parked in yards! Unsafe! The older trailers are not safe to live in and are bandaged. My bathroom floor is falling in due to leak. When I addressed this issue to the management I was told oh well! save your money! Find somewhere else! Too many problems!
