Correction: They called me and they made an appointment right on the spot. There was misunderstanding on behalf a certain employee that appointments shouldn't be made unless certain records were received by the practice. If I can give less than on star, I would. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I really feel stress every time I call them. I tried to make an appointment, but it has taken me a month of calling and filling forms to get my child an appointment, and it has not happened yet. I do not understand how you could run any business like this. If the demand is so high that you do not want or need new patients, then please state that clearly online so that we do not waste our time.

Great doctors and nurses - they can answer all your question and inquiries. Some recommendations to improve would be at the front desk: During my visit there was a long line and both assistants 4th floor are on the phone. I think some improvement on how to split between phone calls and checking in patients would be great. thank you

Dr. Louis Vernacchio and Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Joe are wonderful. They are the best healthcare providers we came across.

Its is so difficult to get through to anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment when child is sick. Often on hold for over 20mins. Doctors and staff are nice but they must be very understaffed for it to be the norm to be on hold for 20+ mins just to talk with someone. Very frustrating.

We love Longwood Pediatrics. We've had great experiences with several of the doctors and nurse practitioners and the nurses are wonderful with the kids. We have always been able to get in for sick visits in an extremely timely fashion and they are always patient with the kids and work hard to help them feel as comfortable as possible.

We had an amazing experience with Dr Michaels. He was very thorough while examining our son and really took the time to explain us what was going on. If I could give him more stars I would. Thank you Dr Michaels for taking such a good care of our son Eli.

Dr Menzin is amazing. Both my kids love her and feel really comfortable with her. Dr. Menzin is a caring, thorough, smart doctor. The practice is efficient and accessible. Great office

The best Doctor's I have ever met. They are knowledgeable, compassionate and patient and family centered. My children have all received their care at Longwood Pediatrics and I couldn't have made a better choice

The care my child receives at Longwood is nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Cloherty he literally wrote the textbook on newborn care is the primary care doctor for my daughter, but have rotated with other physicians, PAs, and nurses, and we have always been very pleased with our experience. Also, I have had to call the after-hours line a couple of times and no matter the time of day or night, someone calls you back within a half hour. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

I was recommended to Longwood Pediatrics by a friend and excited to schedule an appointment due to the good things I had heard. After my first call I learned you must contact the new patient scheduler in order to begin the process. She was unavailable so I left a message. She returned my call but I missed it being a busy mom. I tried to call back but was met with a rude response from staff because I called again. I tried calling the following day, was unable to reach her and was met a second time with a rude office person. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. I will go elsewhere for my daughter's primary care.
