The team at Loquient are terrific! They maintain all of our computer equipment, all our back ups, and mail server. They are always there to answer any and all questions in a very timely manner. They also help us as consultants to our equipment, and make sure we have the right hardware and software to get the job done. Everyone is very knowledgeable and have incredible patients with all of my questions (I have enough knowledge to be dangerous). Knowing we have Loquient on our team, we really don't have to worry about updates of software or anything about our computers; in this world of hackers and fakes, it's really nice to know that we have a reliable and trustworthy company keeping an eye on everything.

Loquient has been our "IT" provider for several years. I highly recommend Craig and his team (especially Brad) for any IT needs for a large or small business. They have been excellent partners in ensuring the stability and success of the hardware and software required for our operations. Craig has consistently gone above and beyond our expectations. They have worked with our software providers to ensure successful implantation and continued resolution of issues, while providing continuing support. They have provided a review and replacement plan for our hardware that has kept our systems efficient and up to date.
