This review can’t do justice to the fabulous job that Jacquie did for us on very short notice! She is so creative and helpful! Loved working with her AND it was all done over the phone miles apart. Such a professional! I highly recommend this creative and competitively priced florist!!

I have ordered twice from Lord Baltimore Florist and have received fantastic customer service and excellent attention to detail. Both times the flowers were very fresh and lasted much longer than expected. Great job!

BEST FLORIST IN BALTIMORE! The staff are the sweetest people in the world! They create beautiful arrangements every time, are incredibly fair in their pricing, provide the freshest flowers or plants, and also above all are fun to work with. This is the only place I will ever order from!

I ordered online from out of state for a family member in the hospital. Lord Baltimore Florist didn’t have the exact flowers that I had requested for the arrangement they tried getting them from three different suppliers, so they called me and the owner offered several options. She couldn’t have been more helpful and sweet, and she put together a beautiful arrangement in no time — and even texted a picture of it to me. I tried a big generic flower place once and had a bad experience; Lord Baltimore Florist epitomized the quality and customer service that local businesses can offer.

Called them at 12:30, flowers were delivered by 1:30! Amazing service and product! Jackie was extremely helpful in putting a floral arrangement together and super nice in the process! Thanks for going above and beyond!! Will definitely be ordering flowers from them again!

Driver called me and informed he couldnt get out to deliver the flowers and wanted my wife to come down to the street to get them. I said "NO, I was charged a delivery fee of 15.00 so you need to deliver to her". He claims he normally could but he doesn't have his "jumper" with him and didn't want to get a ticket. If you are in the delivery business then I would sure as hell hope you could deliver and not make excuses. I'll take my business elsewhere from this day forward.

I ordered online a flower bunch from the store. I was assured the flowers are fresh and delivered to the store every morning, because I called in to specifically ask about that. But the flowers sent in were quite disappointing. The bunch looks much smaller than pictured, with only 3 roses. And they looked pretty stale. I paid $50+ plus service charge and online processing fee. In general, not quite good shopping experience.

I ordered flowers delivered my daughters birthday. When they had not arrived by 5 pm I called the store. They told me that they were on the way and on the truck. They did not arrive on my daughters birthday. The flowers arrived the next evening with a note saying that was when requested. I was lied to. Additionally, the flowers were very ordinary looking..I was very disappointed.

I have to say I was excited to find a florist in the city with good google ratings. I ordered these last minute based on what was pictured. I ordered the premium size which was $55 for some daisies. I was sadly disappointed when I saw the arrangement which should only be viewed from one side as the other side was filled with greenery & no flowers. I would have expected a full arrangement considering I ordered the premium arrangement.
