We loved coming here but the other day my mom and I went for our regular weekly grocery shopping and we had the worse experience ever. We went around the afternoon and one cashier was rude to my mother he was letting other customers go in line in front of her , when she told him that she was next he just laughed and continued to ignore her. The manager was called and she was so rude towards my mother. The same cashier even told my mom what are looking at. Employees should be more professional and have a better customers services. I don’t remember the managers name but it was in the afternoon. I don’t know how she can be a manager in the first place. She even told my mom to not go shop there. Like what kind of employees do you have telling people not to go shop there. Overall I had a bad experience with all the employees laughing at my mom
I've been coming to this ranch market ever since it's grand opening early 2000s? but stopped coming about a year ago once I noticed that the customer service was lacking but today I was helped by a lovely and enthusiastic self check out lady I believe her name was Christina . She was so lovely to all the customer and very patient and light hearted . Will be coming back again and hope ranch market keeps finding lovely people like her .
Food is good. They seem to do a good job keeping it rotated and fresh. Service can be hit or mis. For the most part experience and food quality is consistent.
You know I am Hispanic and I know we teach our kids respect so when you have a teenager working on the recenter please make sure she's polite and informed Thiers was a sign that said complete combo"TORTA AND A COCA-COLA ICE COLD " NOW I said my 2 cokes she said no coke so I said the sign says complete combo..as a lady cut me off said no it says that but we are not honoring it no COkes .. SO I PAYED 14.OO,$+ cokes that they didn't ring up their avocado dip was black and she almost put it on my sandwich no I'm sorry no nothing pay and move on
Great place to get fresh vegetables and seafood and everything else for Mexican food . Lots and lots of varieties of cooked foods . Every day they have special on cooked food . I been coming here many years and never been dissatisfied . Went there yesterday and I got some alrdy marinated meat to make some street tacos . Got packet of meat that had chicken and pastor . Today made street tacos . The chicken meat was realy bad . It was soooooooo dang salty I had to throw away the chicken meat . Pastor was ok to eat but I will not buy pre marinated meat . Both of the meat had kind of funky smell . I will still shop here but will stay the heck away from marinated meat .
So I just came in here to do some shopping as Instacart worker. I am so displeased on how the cashiers be every time I step into ranch market. No the cashier was ringing out to other Hispanic customers had a full conversation was happy to help them out bag groceries. Then when it came to me she looked at me didn’t really want to speak to me and that’s perfectly fine because I don’t speak Spanish. And then got upset because she had to bag my groceries. My thing is when you give me a bad vibe and make me feel uncomfortable you get paid for doing that job. One thing as a cashier and you’re working at customer service is never supposed to make a customer feels uncomfortable at any moment. This is not my first encounter the way the cashiers act when you’re not speaking in Spanish. I’m sorry to say English is my first language. And it’s not for me to learn Spanish that’s not one thing I am going to do. I’m not trying to be racist but you’re in a state of Arizona the first language is English. And also working a customer service like this if it wasn’t for us people wouldn’t have a job. So if you don’t like doing your job do not come to work or take out on a person because they don’t speak the same languages you do. Because as I was a cashier at one point in time and I have people come and speak different languages and I never treated them know differently.
Love the cooks at this location. Menudo is served on Saturday and Sundays. Meat is fresh. Fresh fruit drinks.
Just moved to the neighborhood and wanted to check it out. Everything looked amazing. From the fresh pink breads, tortillas, hotline which had caldo de res ready, the meat and seafood. I need to come back with a list on the regular.
Normally cashiers here are slow, but not today holy cow, I had this tall skinny guy his name tag said Ever in the amount of time he cashed our several people the other cashiers were still on their first costumer. This guy need a raise and/or promotion
They only have pan dulce in the mornings in the afternoons there's hardly have any. My bf brought this home today its so hard and burned I cant even break it apart
