Mike was promt, professional, and somehow got my car started on top of providing and cutting me a new key! Don't know how he got it started seeing as that vehicle wouldn't turn on whatsoever for me when jumping it, but it was impressive! Great service. Will be recommending.

I had ordered a chip key. When Ben came out he was able to program it to start the car but it was the wrong one to program for door lock/unlock. We called the company and he explained it was wrong. They sent a replacement key and he came out again and set it up. He did not ask for any payment the time of the first trip and only charged what he quoted the first time even though he made two trips. VERY GOOD SERVICE!

I lost the keys to my house few days ago and couldn't find them anywhere. I search online for an emergency locksmith services and found Hollywood Locksmith and Security Services . They sent a service man to my address and he arrived to my house in less than 10 minutes. He opened my door without damaging the lock but I asked him to replace the lock anyway, I had no clue who might have the key for it. He installed a new lock on my door and gave me few extra keys.
