No it's not them being rude and disrespectful running a corrupt business practice. Oh wait I guess the other guy was right. This place is a joke and made threats over the phone and email. All lies then told them to look it up and they back peddled. Wish there was a way the government could regulate these people and shut them down!!!

I have never been treated with more disrespect than when dealing with their disputes department. I parked in one of their "$6 Daily Parking" lots, and received a ticket because I exceeded an undisclosed "8 hour parking time limit." They then tried to tell me that 8 hours is standard across the industry for daily parking lots, however, the Dowell Parking Center right across the street confirmed that their daily fee covers the full 24 hour day. I will not be parking with American Parking again.
