Lot-Less Closeouts

This is second time I got expired item. As I saw extra hot chili sauce I just grabbed it today December 3,2022. Try to checked the date but it was hidden under the price tag which I didn’t remove and brought the item home when I peel out the price tag date shows best before 4th September 2022. This is only $1.49 so I don’t feel to go and returned but guys please check the date before you buy food item at Lot&less but rest of all other items in the store is awesome, I can give 5 star for that and. I love the store.

EDIT. EDIT. EDIT: I had given this store 4 stars but now change that to less than 1 star. Here is why: I used to buy snacks, cereal and bars from this place. I had an instance 8 months ago where I had bought some expired things.I brought them back and got an attitude at the register. I wanted to give them another chance. So I went to shop 2 days ago the date is July 31st 2021. Unfortunately, this time it was the same bad experience as before. I picked up cereal, snacks, granola and many protein bars that were all full price and EXPIRED...They had ALOT of expired food. And not just by a day or a week.We are talking months even years past their expiration dates see pictures. They also had an exterminator crawling around on the floor and lifting up the bottom shelves to find evidence of mice. Now I know why one bag of granola I picked up had a small hole in it and the air was not sealed inside any more. I am disgusted and honestly, sad. This store used to be GREAT! NOW, It's just worse than ever before with no end in sight. I would not buy any food items here. Period!!! Old review: Love this place. Great for snacks, cereal, pantry items like pasta, sauce, and jams. Good personal hygiene section and house hold cleaners , shower curtains etc.... They also offer a good selection of clothes for men and women...Haven't bought any clothing so not sure of the quality.

I visited this store while on vacation and due to excessive sweating on a very hot day, I was forced to purchase a stained, plain white T-shirt for $12 dollars. It wasn’t until days later after returning 4 hrs back home that I discovered my debit card was overcharged almost twice the amount. When I reached the store manager by phone, I was told the only way to fix it was to return with my receipt. With this location being in NYC, I’d say they have a pretty good scam going on overcharging the abundance of visitors only their for a limited time as well, so BUYER BEWARE!

Nice budget shop in NYC. I always find some nice stuff, prices of shampoo, chocolates and other necessities are in fact cheaper than walmart.

Good place especially if you are looking for certain items and their in reasonable expense I only go too 2 place the FULTON ST and 40th st location near the Port Authority 8th Avenue

I enjoy browsing here. Always something inexpensive to get from food to towels, packaged underwear, fast check out, good experience.

Great items and prices. This is my go to for energizer triple A batteries. Hidden gem for sure.

OMG!!! Talk about OSS one stop shopping! The prices are phenomenal. The selections are unfounded. The staff is extremely helpful, swift and visible. The inventory consists of everything from bubbles to bathroom necessities. Everything from underwear to an unimaginable array of household organizers. OMG!!! Before going to Target, this is your place!

If you like it, get it. It won't be there when you come back. Prices are good and you can get name brand items. Sometimes it is hit and miss. Other times it is a jackpot of findings.
