Lotus Garden Restaurant

Food and atmosphere were good but i admit to having to find food that was fresh. The time was between lunch and dinner where it may not be advantages put out new food for such a small amount of people there. Server was effective and pleasant. If your going to go, go at lunch or dinner time but not between.

The more time passes, the less impressed I am by this place. It's not horrible, but it's not good either. The meat dishes on the buffet taste remarkably similar. One is a little sweeter, one a little spicier, the other a bit crunchy. The food rarely tastes fresh. This last visit, much of the food was borderline room temperature. This, despite some of the buffet being so hot that scooping out food ran the risk of a burn. I have it at three stars because it sometimes is acceptable. The location is a plus and employees are pretty friendly. For those who enjoy overcooked and small crawfish and shrimp, this place tends to have them on the buffet when in season. The shrimp tends to be too salty. I've never tried the crawfish here.

Food was Eatable, but not good. Waitress was nice. There were flies around the buffet.

Went to dinner tonight. Boiled shrimp unable to peel. Boiled crawfish sat in water to mushy. Shrimp in buffet very small. Something has changed. Food not good. Never eating there again!!!

The food was very good and has a nice atmosphere. I was disappointed that they didn't have Military discounts.
