Lotus Spa

My first experience with the Lotus Spa, also happened to be my first waxing experience. Needless to say, I will be returning to Lotus Spa for not only all my future waxing needs, but for all the other services they offer. I can't wait to make my next appointment for a massage and pedicure! The Spa itself is beautiful and you feel like you are getting the royal treatment, even if you are only getting the simplest of things done. The staff was so welcoming and warm. I was treated as if I was the only person in the entire place and felt so pampered. Even something that can be as painful as waxing was relaxing. I would recommend the Lotus Spa to everyone, men and women alike, even couples! I loved my experience and can't wait for my next one!!

Really welcoming and friendly staff - spa services in comfortable setting. This is not a "pools and steam rooms with tea sandwiches kind of place" but it is very classy with good providers. My husband booked me a full day of services and I had a wonderful massage with Julie, a great facial with Shelli, and a meticulous Mani/Pedi with the owner herself. I thought most things were well priced, although the massage was a little high the facial was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this cute spa in Louisville.

My husband and I were in town for the Kentucky Derby and decided to treat ourselves after being at the track all day the day prior. Lotus Salon and Spa were able to accommodate us with a couples massage. It was the Best massage we have had, EVER! The girls there were very professional and left us feeling relaxed and with less back and neck pain than when we came in. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area!

I have been going to Lotus Spa since they opened. The place is very clean, staff is friendly, services are excellent. I usually get massages, but have had waxing and nail services. The owner is very nice and accommodating. I love my massage therapist Katie! She's very professional and her massages are excellent! I highly recommend the place!

Contrary to some reviews, this was a very relaxing, professional spa that I'd certainly recommend. I went here for a facial first time ever. The spa itself has a very professional appearance. I chose the regular 60 min facial, as my girlfriends told me my skin would be "glowing" after. I can't say that my skin was glowing per say, but I did enjoy the service. The woman who performed the service was very sweet and professional. She asked why I had come in and what my skin care concerns are. They DO perform extractions they hurt on your nose but it's worth it you just have to ask. She applied a number of different cleansers, an exfoliator, a masque and a moisturizer and took her time with each of them. In between each, you get a hot towel on your face better than it sounds. A good portion of the service was an upper body massage, although I'd probably call it a rub as they pressure wasn't at normal massage strength. This was concentrated on your neck, arms and the top of your chest. The entire service was VERY relaxing and took the full 60 mins. There's plenty of parking.

I took my mom for her birthday and she really really enjoyed the experience. It was her first time ever getting a massage and pedicure. The staff were very nice, professional, and clean. I got my eyebrows done by Ama and she did a really fab job. She will be my go 2 when i come in town to get them done.

Lotus spa is beautiful. The eyebrow threading is amazing and I always get compliments on my eyebrows after getting them done. The staff is always very kind and they take their time with you unlike other places which make you feel like they want you in and out as fast as possible.

I bought a full spa day for my girlfriend so that she could have a good relaxing day as she just had our son 2 months ago. I choose Lotus Spa because they had 52 reviews on google with a 4.7/5 star rating and 4.5/5 on Yelp, so I thought it was going to be a great place to send her. Boy was I wrong. Her appointment was at 10, and she wasn't taken back until 10:30. The nail technician constantly cussed in front of her and told her she didn't know how this place was still even open, and went out and smoked every 10 minutes while she was 5 months pregnant! The water for the pedicure wasn't even warm and she was told it was because they don't have hot water and they have to warm the water up in a crock pot. The nail polish on her hands and feet isn't even complete and is missing gaps. The massage therapist came so close to her lower private parts that he nearly touched it many times, and dug so hard into her back that it left minor bruising. Then I was told by the owner that they don't issue refunds as it is against their policy. I have initiated a complaint with the BBB.

I have really enjoyed my massages at Lotus Spa. I usually request Katie, she is sweet and really good at massaging my many knots. She even lets me bring in my own oil. I really appreciate the customer service there and look forward to many more massages from Katie. Thank you for all of your help and friendly smiles. I always leave calm and relaxed.

I really enjoyed myself! My best friend took me as a surprise and it was the best ever. I loved the vibe of this spa and the customer service could not have been any better. The receptionist is very helpful and sweet. I chose the fusion and Julie was my therapist. She was awesome and worked out all the kinks that my stressful week brought upon me. I even go here to get my eye brow threaded and wouldnt go anywhere else after my experience. She gave my brows the right shape for my face. I highly recommend this spa!
